Jeremy was amazing to work with! He even helped me plan a surprise for my special needs kid to meet his new friend and was very patient with the process . Jeremey took my kid around the entire store and took the time to explain everything for my son to understand about taking care of his new friend ! Jeremy has one of the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. They really lucked up when they hired him!

My boyfriend & I got a mini Aussie from Fayetteville Petland. The one who assisted us was Eddie. He was very helpful throughout our process and we got a new addition to our family. Thank you to Eddie and Fayetteville Petland it is great working with you.

Amazing experience! Sophia and Eddie treated me like a Queen buying a huge jewel. I have never experienced such great customer service. They showed kindness and excellence with such a personal touch! I got my dream dog and so much helpful information. The bag of goodies for her blew me away! She is so happy here already and I am her human no doubt, Thank you to the moon and back! I will be completely transparent, I am a strong support of "Adopt Don't Shop," but Petland does things differently from anywhere/anyone else that I know who has purchased their puppy/dog. I was in Arkansas for a wedding and my boyfriend has always wanted a dog, specifically a Beagle to name it Bagel (long term goal of his). Any chance I get to try and find him a Bagel, I take it. We arrived at Petland which carries everything you need to get started on your journey, and it was so clean and well kept. The area that the puppies were in was very clean and they really make sure that health/safety of customers, employees AND puppies is accounted for. When we got there, unfortunately there was no Bagel to be found, but my boyfriend asked me "isn't this the kind of dog you always wanted?" And so, Biscuit the Mini Aussie Shepherd was found. Purchasing an AKC Certified pup is an investment, but the way that Eddie (4/14) and Rachel (4/15) took the time to explain the whole process to us, the values of the owners, and the quality of life they wish to start their pups off with, and guarantee so much within the first leg of the journey to help make sure that puppy starts with the healthier life; I couldn't have felt more comfortable with my decision. From a very objective lens, they ensure the WE are taken care of and that in the event anything happens to pup, we will never be without a furry friend. As a first time dog owner, they really do provide you everything you could need before you walk out of the door to be successful. The manager Austin was also super sweet and accommodating as we let them know we would sign the papers but not be able to take Biscuit with us until Sunday and they said no problem at all. Petland Fayetteville really started my boyfriend and I off on our puppy journey feeling super confident and as prepared as we can be. Obviously it is a learning curve but overall we are so overjoyed. I can't speak for any other Petland locations, but everyone at Fayetteville was amazing and I'm so thankful to have met them and have them help us. I look forward to the continued relationship we will have with them and would recommend them to anyone who is local (or even not) and looking to get an amazing fur baby. Oh my goodness it was amazing the workers did great and helped us with everything we need to find our sweet fur baby!! Eddie did amazing job he worked with us and showed us puppies and knew about them and did amazing!! He were having a couple of issues with cards and account things and they work with us and did it with smiles the whole time!! I give them five stars !! ? amazing experience after we pay this puppy off and when we want a new fur baby we will definitely be returning and sending our friends and family!! I am so excited today! I received my new puppy and i am loving it! Customer service is beyond surpurb! They worked well with my individual needs and helped me pick out my new dog! The shopping in the store was fun! They have everything! Check out Petland for all of your pet needs! I thank Jesus for this experience!!
