I had been bringing my dog here for 12 years. She never had any problems here. Although the quality of the work had gone down since Ms Sharon left, I continued because they did good enough work and my dog knew this place. However, last Thursday I brought my toy Maltese in for grooming and she came back with a horrible cough that lasted a long time and got so bad she died. My dog was old, but she was NOT sick. Also she cried so hard after grooming. I suspect they are abusive and improperly handle animals there. I believe this place had something to do with my dogs demiise.
My bestie took her dog to be groomed yesterday and now her dog is sick. I'm waiting to see if her dog gets worse. (Praying she gets better)
Don't go here! The place has gone down since Ms Sharon left.

Not always consistent results (prob depends on which groomer you end up with) BUT I've never had a bad experience here. My dog has been groomed at Pet Joy for almost 6 years. The ladies in the front are really nice. Recommended!

I like this place: easy same-day appointment, fast, lovely staff. I paid $55 for grooming which is twice as much as my haircut.

I was recommended by my neighbor BUT I was aware that they had clipped her dogs nail way to short! When he arrived home my neighbor noticed a trail of blood. She was recommended to bring the dog back. In which she did, and they were able to stop the bleeding. So I figured it was an accident. So I decided to take my dogs for the first time TODAY. When I picked up my chihuahua and my red nose Pitt, they appeared anxious and they wanted to run OUT of that place! Arrived at home and noticed my Pitt bullnose bleeding! I called and they had no clue or idea what has happened. They’ve requested to bring her back. But at this point I’m overwhelmed. She’s not the same. She appears to be shaky and still bleeding. I am so angry! The fact that they didn’t notice her bleeding or taken accountability it’s hurtful! I’m heartbroken. Never again! And overpriced as well. SMH

I brought my 2 kitties in for the grooming (bath and nail cut) because our usual place didn't have availability for the next couple days. At first everything was fine, the front desk lady was friendly; however, once I picked them up I noticed they looked tired. They won't eat treats, not try to get out the the carrier once I opened it in the car!

* Our cats are little over 1 year old and usually hyper active!*

1). Their BEHAVIOR became VERY STRANGE after this grooming salon. First they went hiding under the couch (they never do that!) All they do is sleep, and the girl who is always jumpy and tries to run away once you pick her up has been sleeping in my arms for 2 hours now! I'm extremely worried that did they do to them during this damned grooming appointment!

2). Another unexplainable thing is the amount of hair shedding! After a bath and brush there shouldn't been nearly as much hair! (See the photos I posted)

3). The price is expensive $110 for 2 cats bath and nail cut (no hair cut). Petsmart charges exactly half the price

4). They didn't require us to show cats veterinarian records even though it was our first time at the place. The lady just asked if they had all the shots. That doesn't seem legal or safe since some people might be dishonest about this and your pet can catch something!

Rest assured this was out first and last time here.
