It's excellent, because of the stylist Reese. She makes the appointments so that I can bring both my dogs in on the same day, whereas on the website I usually can only get one appointment per day. She is knowledgeable of the proper cut for my dog's breed, and she has great customer service skills; making both myself and my dogs feel comfortable.

We felt that Reese was not professional. Not willing to explain terminology that we were not familiar with. Did not communicate adequately. Did not follow instructions, and cut the dog’s hair with her own preferences. My dog is mellow, sweet, and cooperative; and one of the easier dogs to groom and bath.

Took my dog to the vet for shots a day or two after the dogs grooming appointment. My vet asked who did Aurora's grooming because the vet had never seen such a good job - no nicks, evenly cut, etc. I already knew Shadoe at PetCo did an fantastic job but it is quite a surprise when a vet says the same thing. Shadoe is not only good at grooming, she also follows up with pointers and comments on Aurora's health or other concerns she may notice about Aurora.

Petco grooming can be hit or miss depending on the groomer. Reese who groomed my dog this time and last time is amazing. I would continue to go if she's there
