Had 3 o’clock appointment checked in at 2:15 . Made me leave and come back at 3. Was able to park on road out front while I waited. Was unloaded quickly once I checked back in.

The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars:
Last night the female gaurd refused to do her job and the warehouse was not aware I was even on property. Today they rescheduled and got me in and took care of me and in 30 minutes I was unloaded

Want to know What is like to be slaveed and never move up, unless managers like you.? This is the place and "mandatory overtime"? and if you don't like it get written up, or fired specifically is summer.! Thanks Critin, Roger, Dave cogens, Mike, and Laura, For making this place a living Hell.

Appointments time only ( 5-minutes early allowed before your appointment). They have two buildings 4001 Olympic Ave allowed to come early but not this place (3801. Rock Creek Blvd).

I arrived 40 minutes before my appointment
And guard lady said go back and come your appointment and here no parking
So take to come before your appointment

Not sure why all the bad reviews, we arrived 2 hours early, got a dock, and were unloaded by our 8am appointment time. Ladies in the garden shack, very knowledgeable and friendly. Great job petco!!!

7 hours to load, no parking anywhere. Guard is kind of rude. Asked me what time my appointment was, I told her 2:30pm. She said that can’t be right because it’s shift change. I showed her my rate confirmation sheet and she still called someone to verify my appointment was correct. She was told that it was correct and then gave me a dock to back into. Make sure you bring lunch and there are no restrooms unless if you bobtail somewhere close by. Avoid this place

Arrived at 1245 for a 1300 appointment. Checked in with the guard and given a door to drop my trailer. Dropped my trailer and told to bobtail to the otherside of the building and park with other bobtail trucks. Took about 3 hrs before I got the call saying it was ready. Hooked up to it, pulled out and went back to the guard shack to get my paperwork and seal. A lot of drivers do a drop and hook here so the paperwork will be with the main office. Guard will give you instructions if you do a drop and hook.
