My cat Kai has been going there a few times and one day when I brought him in from booking an appointment on a Friday telling Amanda I get off at 1:30 and will be there 20 min after and which they informed me they were closing at 4pm. I got there at 1:50 and Amanda claimed I was late and that they were closing at 2:30 which no one informed me or else I wouldn’t have came to begin with because I had to also pick up my kids from school after dropping my cat off. So Amanda already was tense and on edge to begin with saying they were going to have to rush him and that I have to wait until 2:30, I said ok I’ll wait go ahead and approximately about 2 min after taking Kai to the back she said Kai bit her and she refused to groom him that day. So I book another appointment on a Saturday and still got denied and once again she was so rude to me and said so what, do you want him to attack me all over so no I will not take him. She showed such poor customer service to a former customer and I hated that I wasted my time to book with her and if they would have told me she didn’t want to groom Kai I wouldn’t never showed our faces there again. Kai is such a well behave cat but her anger towards him that day really scared him and just like any other animal or person he reacted. I hate that myself and Kai had to experience that.

Our Lucy is a 5yo Cavalier; she has never had a trim. We took her to Petable Expressions to get her ready for a beach vacation. The girls did a wonderful job. Lucy looked like a puppy Cavalier King Charles Spaniel again. Lucy doesn't care for the sand on the beach, but if I could get her to walk the sand would definitely not be a problem in her hair. I will trust Petable Expressions with my baby girl in the future.

Bear had a great first visit this morning for a bath and nail clipping at the Germantown Petable Expressions! The staff was very friendly and the whole process was easy - we will definitely return. Picture below is Bear sunning himself after his great experience :)

Best grooming salon I have ever used. I have always had terriers (two Schnauzers, & one each Wire Fox Terrier and Welsh Terrier) and know that not many groomers are successful in capturing the spirit & personality of the Schnauzer. This salon has exceeded my expectations every grooming visit. Check in/out is quick and easy and I appreciate the appointment text reminder so date is on my calendar. Staff is friendly and efficient. Rate this salon a “5 Star” and highly recommend for grooming your fur baby.

I have a skittish 3/4 poodle golden doodle. His hair grows, and then, in like a week time frame, gets all matted up (despite my brushing and currying!). That's when these wonderfully patient groomers at Petable do all the ridiculous work to get him back into shape. They do extra washes and arduous pre-cutting (not sure of the process) but he comes out without any cuts or abrasions, and very happy, not traumatized (as I'd feared). Been there three times, and he wags as we walk in now. I think these people are amazing, and so understanding.

This was my first time using them and I could not possibly be happier. They did a wonderful job with my Australian Shepherd, who is just more than a year old. The groomer, Amanda, was warm and my boy took to her right away. She explained what they were going to do and asked me about my preferences and boy did they deliver. The pricing is competitive and the service is superlative. Even the owner, who happened to be there that day, was welcoming and helpful. Will absolutely be going back.

I was so pleased with the grooming of my Springer Spaniel. Amanda did a great job on Daphne. This was her first time to get groomed, so Amanda had her work cut out for her. Thanks!!

Do NOT take your dog to this place. The owner did this to my dog. She even cut her ear and didnt have the decency to tell us about it. The most jagged unprofessional cut i have ever seen, all for $80.00 Not even deserving of one star.
