Amazing store, they have tons of treats and specialty items.
They care about your pets just as much as you do.
They had birthday cakes ready from a local pet treat baker.
The lady who helped me with some treat recommendations was very friendly and even the other customers were interactive.

Facility is very nice and clean with a pleasant vibe. Good food selection and some accesories. The self wash was nice and clean but I found it quite pricey. If I had fully washed and dried my dog it would have cost over $50 but I had a coupon for $10 off and I didn't pay for the extra time ($15 for each additional 15 minutes) to thoroughly dry my dog so for what I would have paid to fully dry my pup I could have gotten a full groom by a groomer.

It is difficult to find high quality pet food and products. Pet Wants in Chino carries a great variety of food and treats. I bought my dog a dehydrated chicken head and lamb horn. She loves them! I felt welcomed in the store and my dog was able to sample some treats! Maryjane, the owner was able to order Bones & Co for my dog and delivery was free! I highly recommend this pet store for anyone who loves their pets.

Pet Wants has been a God send. Our puppy had consistent tummy trouble for a couple if weeks. The staff at Pet Wants helped me find a food and gave additional suggestions to help our new puppy. Within two days she was having solid movements again. We are so grateful for Pet Wants and their caring and helpful staff.

My dog got sprayed by a skunk. I came to Pet Wants to buy a pet odor eliminating candle. I purchased the Sea Salt and Citrus candle. Not only did it smell heavenly, it worked. It assisted in eliminating the skunk smell. Of course I used other items too but this candle assisted in the elimination of the skunk odor. Great candle. Worth every penny.

Took my fur babies to Pet Wants to try out their self service dog wash. It was awesome! Clean and easy to use. Their coats are really soft and they smell so good! (Shampoo and conditioner provided by them) The ladies that work there were extremely welcoming and helpful. They spoiled each one of my pups with treats. I will definitely be using this dog wash station regularly!

The Pet Wants team in Chino Hills is absolutely phenomenal. A warm caring family that takes care of pet families. Their service and guidance in providing the best nutrition and supplements for our dog has been very much appreciated. They make all reasonable accommodations and their food delivery is extremely convenient. They went out of their way to accommodate the Brea Pet Wants customers when that store closed.

Always a pleasure coming into the store to get what my little guy (Spunky) needs. We're always met with friendly staff who are always eager to help and are tentative to Spunky's needs. Also a super convenient spot to bathe your pup.
