We stopped in to bathe our two pups today for the first time but frequent this location for their favorite treats! The bath station was easy to use and we had a good first experience. There are 6 stations with shampoo and towels provided. We did one dog at a time and then picked up some treats. We had a free wash coupon so wanted to try it out, we could only use one coupon so couldn’t combine with a discount on the treats, but we had our experience and now we know we can come back with either dog anytime. So much easier than doing it at home 🙂

This Pet supply location is excellent, I actually adopted a cat from a Carrollton location they also do Operation Kindness but I don't think i ever returned after that because I kept going back needing help with foods or over the counter things to help her because she was very sickling and not happy cat at first just miserable cat which i ended up taking to the Vet, but anyways here I have a long haired cat who doesn't like anything disturbing her surroundings and there is a stray cat that comes to visit sometimes and we found out it gives her anxiety i guess typical "P 🐈 " LOL, so i come here to get things for her otherwise it's nearly 1000.00 to figure out what's wrong with her till we found a smart Vet to figure her out and moving here they won't take my word for it but this store is awesome and very knowledgeable especially there is a girl here i wish I got her name though good job thank you for taking care of me every time.

Went for self dog wash. I do not recommend to go to this location. It was absolutely filthy , was not cleaned after a dog was there. Each one had dog hair everywhere, the drains were clogged with hair .

The water nozzles do not work right, and barely any water comes out. The soap was probably 80% water and the pumps do not work.
There are no gates to the washes as well, they are just open with a hook leash for your dog.

The dryers blow out cold air, and the towels were definitely not washed correctly.
It woulda been nice if an employee said they will clean after dogs have been there, for hygienic purposes . The store was not busy and employees just standing at the front talking.

I love coming here with my pup mainly for the Pet Deli. This place is always clean and I'm always greeted Everytime I come in. I just saw that they sell Pupford treats and much cheaper than they are online. This is great so I can just come in when I'm running low instead of waiting on other Pet stores.

Join their shopping club and get great savings on item's you can't get anywhere else. Everyone that works at the store are friendly, caring, and helpful towards our pets. They carry a lot of products you can't get elsewhere, including raw healthy products to choose from. Mile's just loves his food and toys I get for him there! 🐶😃❤ Thank you!

Pet Smart in Wylie sucked. Seemed like they were doing us a favor by talking to us.
Went to Pet Supply Plus and it was a breath of fresh air.

I don't come in person as often, I order for delivery more so these days.
But, staff is friendly. Store is clean.
The Garland store reminds you if you have credits to use. I'm sure this one too.

I come here often to get my dogs and cats food, toys, treats, beds etc. the store is always clean! Staff is very friendly and they greet you apron walking in, ask if need any help while walking around the store and will help take items you purchased to your car. Also curbside pickup and the dog wash station is a plus in case you need it! Highly recommend!
