Hi, my name is Xena. I hacked Dad’s account, because I really want to give this place a 5 paw review.
We came in and, right from the get-go, I made a new friend at the cash register; he was really helpful. Although I couldn’t find a muzzle for myself (cause I’m a special English girl), I did find some amazing treats. Also, as I walked through the store, I saw the self-serve shower!!!! I had Dad go pay, and then I enjoyed a thorough cleaning! It was amazing, and the oatmeal shampoo provided felt refreshing on my body. Towels, dryers, and aprons were all provided, too! I felt amazingly clean and will definitely be returning for another shower soon!!!!!

One of my favorite pet stores. Good amount of coupons emailed, rewards when you shop there, and has almost all the products I use for my dogs. Every staff member has been kind and helpful to me.

We've historically appreciated and utilized this store's delivery option for our dog food. Unfortunately, we've recently had a far less than satisfactory experience. We ordered dog food at 5:44pm on a Wed. We waited more than 24h for it to be delivered, it never came. We called the store during its business hours the next evening and got no answer. Left a message, and got no callback. Friday around lunch we decided to go pickup the food ourselves - our dogs needed food. We did so, then tried getting our delivery fee and tip back, and were told we need to call DoorDash - that summarily, it's not their problem. The store finally conceded that the order may have been entered by them late for their doordash pickup, but that still, if we want our delivery fee and tip back, we'd need to contact Doordash. So, we ordered dog food thru their business to be delivered, we called their business, we left a message with their business, we waited, we got no callback, and we just want our delivery fee and tip back, but I guess it's not their responsibility.....

i could never post enough cute pictures of the animals available here (even the dogs that customers bring in and let me photograph 🥰). pets are always ensured to be in good health before heading to their forever homes. and the ones i have personally bought have been sweethearts!

The pet wash did not meet my expectations. Not enclosed, more like a raised shower. Water everywhere. No full length aprons provided. Water could not be controlled at the nozzle. No brushes or other accessories available. Disappointing. Chow Hound much better.

A good pet store nearby. Has all that you'd need for your dog, cat, fish, or reptile. They even have the fish and reptiles. Stopped by to use the dog wash. So nice. Even had the shampoo and towels!
