Justin is awesome. He hosted a field trip for my homeschool grouo and all the kids loved it. We had to ask him for a 2nd and 3rd field trip because we had a huge waiting list. He was so patient and kind fir all the kids. I can't thank Junstin enough for all the hard work.

I love this place! Beautiful, healthy fish, loved animals for adoption! It's always clean, the staff us always helpful and friendly. You can tell they really care and they go above and beyond to help you with any kind of pet you have. I'd give them more stars if I could.

Thanks to the recommendation from the staff, my Betta went from not swimming & eating (floating in 1 spot) to COMPLETELY THRIVING! The products were EXTREMELY affordable as well. Thanks to them my little guy lives to see 3 yrs old next month 🙌🙌🙌

Everyone here is so helpful. Best customer service out of all pet stores in Winston. Austin was so knowledgeable and took a lot of time to help me find the right food for my dog. We've tried everything for her skin issues. I don't mind driving 15 extra minutes to shop at this store.
