Good experience. Went for the baths and it’s a basic setup but was clean and felt easy. I have a Pyrenees who turns into a brick house when she gets wet but the area was raised and I could switch her around to the other side with the grooming collar there. 3 baths, 2 larger and 1 small in the middle. 4 shampoo & conditioner bottles, there was an oatmeal shampoo and a 2 in 1

I wanted to share my recent experiences at your Wheat Ridge location, where I have been a regular customer since you opened. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the service I’ve received lately.

Last Sunday, I was surprised to be turned away when I arrived 45 minutes before closing. I was told to “come back tomorrow” because all the washing bays were occupied. As a frequent visitor, I found this quite disheartening.

When I returned today, I found every bay in a state of disarray—dirty and filled with dog hair from previous users. Additionally, there was no conditioner available. When I inquired, I was informed that I needed to purchase my own, which I did. However, I was under the impression that the fee for washing my dog included both shampoo and conditioner.

Lastly, I have to mention a concern about customer service. On my last three visits, one particular staff member has consistently displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy.

I have been a loyal customer throughout the summer, supporting your local business because I value what you offer. I hope that these issues can be addressed, as I would very much like to continue bringing my dog here for washes.

Went in August 21st and had a great experience! It was a pleasant surprise to see how well the staff cares for their tanked animals (rodents/reptiles/fish) makes me want to come back and also reassures me that the team knows what they’re doing and are passionate for the job/animals. Affordable prices and some discounted items which was also awesome. They have a huge variety of toys, foods, treats, etc. My 4 dogs loved the frosted bones that I bought from their front display case. The lady working that evening was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, the register/greeter guy was also helpful and kind to us. Would highly recommend checking this place out and supporting people who care!!
