Recently came here during the week to use the self grooming station. I paid $16 to wash my dog. The self grooming station had shampoo & conditioner. Also they give towels to dry your pet. The only con I had was I didn’t bring a brush or something to scrub my dog with. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to save some money. Here is my baby all clean and happy.

I've been a regular customer at this pet shop, frequently using the self-wash dog station and always had a positive experience—until today. I was told we couldn't use the station for more than 30 minutes, which was surprising since we've often gone over that time without any issues, especially when no one else was waiting. It's not just us—other customers have also used the station for longer than 30 minutes without any problem in the past.

I want to be clear that we completely understand and respect store policies, but the inconsistency in enforcing them is frustrating. My dog tends to get diarrhea after baths, and I suspect it's because the air dryer blows extremely cold air, which is far from ideal during the winter. To help with this, we brought our own dryer, but we were told we couldn't use it either. While I understand if that's the rule, the staff member today was unnecessarily rude about it. A polite explanation would have been enough, but the way we were spoken to was uncalled for.

All the other staff members we've encountered have always been kind, understanding, and clearly care about animals. Unfortunately, the girl we dealt with today was very judgmental and mean toward us, which made the experience even worse.

This experience left me feeling really disappointed.

They provide soap (3 different types!)
and towels. The stall can accommodate large size pets. Love the hair dryer!
My buddy Copper loves getting clean there!
Reasonably priced too! Highly recommend!

The walk in for nail trimming is falsely advertised. The groomers do NOT take walk ins after 6:30pm weeknights yet they close at 9pm. They are very surprised every time I walk in even before 5pm or Saturdays. I have been refused countless times. Please don’t advertise that walk-ins are welcomed when it really isn’t!!

I nearly always find what I need here, and the prices are pretty good. Even better, as a registered customer, I often get additional discounts.

The staff is generally attentive and curtious, the store is large and well stocked, and I rarely have to wait on a line to check out.

Do not buy from them. They are the worst place ever. They don't even know their products. And they tell you one thing and they do another, they do not listen for what you need. I will never buy from them again.And nobody should also, they sold me a broken product. And you would not honor it for a return.

I was there after work today with my little girl Raven 🐶 to get her fitted for a new body harness and staff member, Alex assisted me and helped me pick one that fitted her just right. He literally sat on the floor and adjusted it to fit her just like a glove using his hands ✋️to check how tight it fitted for her comfortable walks. A big 2 thumbs up for Alex and the rest of the staff. This is great customer service as I've been experiencing for years and years. Thank you all , stay healthy and safe .
