I had a great experience at Pet Supplies Plus in Wauconda! Haley, one of the groomers, did an outstanding job on my doodle—it looks absolutely perfect! Grooming doodles can be tricky, but she nailed it with so much attention to detail. Also, the two people at the front desk (one of whom I think was a manager) were also fantastic—friendly, professional, and so helpful with my coupon code question. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for top-notch grooming and excellent customer service. Thank you, Haley and the Wauconda team!

I am so thrilled to have Pet Supples Plus so close to my home. It’s been a struggle to find a local place that carries Open Farm for my four Shibas and has it in stock every time I place an order. My 13/14 year old Shiba has been struggling to eat these days and it’s been so nice being able to find the fresh Open Farm food at this location.

My boyfriend went to pick up a bulk order of the fresh Open Farm food this evening and I received a called from Gabby (I hope I’m correct on the name and spelling) making sure our box included 6 packs as she said it seemed a bit light. I am so grateful to have received this amazing customer service from her and all of the staff at this location. Thank you for all you guys do!!

I could write a million great things about my visit today but, I'm going to start with saying I WILL follow Taylor to the ends of the earth! She cares for my dogs like I would. She's so warm and welcoming, listens to my concerns and always gives the best grooming advice. If you care about your fur babies as much as I do you'll book your grooming appointments with Taylor. She will not disappoint. She even put a Birthday bandana on my doodle dude. He came home soooo handsome and happy! THANKYOU TAYLOR WE LOVE YOU!!! ❤️

Lost my self service wash card when I lost my wallet and they offered no recourse even though they tracked the sale with my phone number. It's 2025 and they expect people to hold on to a flimsy punch card like I was saving for a free milkshake. This all feels very scammy knowing you can easily track the use by computer.

I stopped in to get some supplies for my dogs . Mario, the employee working that day was very helpful. Had a lot of information that helped me out in picking the right products for my dogs. I will be back again . Thanks again, Mario, for all your help !

I regret bringing my girl here for a haircut. They completely botched a standard mini schnauzer haircut. They shaved her brows all the way down and they are uneven as well as her snout, the top of her head is all choppy as well as her skirt. She looks like an ugly rat. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place for grooming.

I recently starting taking my dog here for grooming, and had such a great experience the first time, I've since come to buy his food and toys here too. Savannah did a phenomenal job both times and shows such care for my dog, which means so much. Checking out today, Gabby at the register was very friendly and helpful. She asked if it would be okay to give my dog a treat and he was one happy pup.

A few days ago I also had a great experience with Mario. I have a pinched nerve and was starting to struggle carrying the bag of dog food. Mario was kind enough to take it to the register and ring me up, and asked if he could help more by carrying the food to my car. I really appreciated the help and his kindness.

Already booked my next grooming session with Savannah! See you guys soon. 🙂

I paid for a full service groom for my dog and he did not get his nails trimmed or get his ear cleaned. His haircut was so uneven ! Very bad job that was done.
