I took my pup here for the first time today. I’m usually nervous about new places because he’s blind and I worry about people having patience. Everyone was extremely sweet and he looked great! She groomer asked lots of questions to be sure I’d like his cut, but I trusted her judgment. Pick up was smooth and again, staff was so nice.

I love bring in my fur babies to this store to the doggy self wash. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Love this place sooo much , LESLIE IS THE WARMEST KINDEST CARING HUMAN BEING I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE !!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️SHE DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED AS SUCH !! Her SMILE WARMS MY HEART !! This is my favorite Pet Supplies Plus in the area. Pet Supplies Plus has been my favorite pet store for years. They usually send out coupons through the mail, email or you can find them on their Facebook/Instagram page every Friday. They also price match most online retailers which their competitors don’t do. They have the best quality crickets out of all pet stores around. Employees are always so nice and ready to help. I like how they added clean up stations. The retail part of the store is always kept clean and organized. I love the dog wash but it’s not always clean. I think it needs a deep clean once in a while. Other than that, this store is awesome!

THE SELF SERVE DOG WASH AREA WAS FILTHY. We'd never been to this location before and it was gross. I almost asked for my money back, but pushed through. I'm not sure what the policy is on cleaning between customers, or if it's only at the end of the day, but the elevated bath was COVERED THICK with hair, everything was grimy, and the blowers were cracked and falling apart. The floor was flooded to the point where there was more than an inch of standing water. That can't be safe or healthy.
BUT the employees and the other customers were lovely. I'll happily come back here for supplies and expert advice, but the dog wash was gross.
