Went to Pet Supplies Plus to use their self wash station. I use both the big dog and small dog station. It made washing the dogs a much more enjoyable, also saved my back and knees.

This was my 1st time coming to pet supplies plus, and it was a great experience ❤️ for both the kids and the pups. We utilized the self groom station and it made grooming fun and easy! Both our chows puppies were able to fit in 1 large tub. Everything was provided ( towels, soap, blow dryer, combs and brushes, the collars to keep dogs in place) I brought our grooming supplies and didn't need them. 🙂 the staff was very helpful and everyone in the store was nice. We will definitely be back

I had taken my dog for grooming here several times and everything was fine, they actually said he was great and sweet each time. The last time I took him it was a new person for him, she texted me after 30 minutes, said he was ready to be picked up and she would be charging extra for a "dangerous" dog. My dog has never been in a dog fight, harmed a human in any way or ever been anything but very people friendly. I know she rushed him through the process, I don't know what else she did to him but I will never return to Pet Supplies Plus.

Great place for pet supplies from dogs to cats and birds to fish. Wash your dog yourself for $14 and a discount plan if you get a wash card. Come in and check it out!

Normally my experience here has been great but my most recent visit was terrible. I schedule a grooming for my dog here and get the same package/grooming every time. This visit they tried to charge me for extra items that would add up to double of what I’d normally pay. Initially, I would’ve been fine, but as soon as I got home I noticed my dog licking her paws relentlessly and when I checked multiple nails were too short/bleeding. This is how it looks after trying to clean/treat it. After this experience, it will be my last visit because this isn’t the care I expected to leave my dog to.

Update : Although, I previously rated this place a 5. It is still a 5 star because I even had to contact Customer Service through via email and it was great. No complaints just a mishap on my dog birthday gift coupon. They answered in a timely manner and received the gift. I love this company. It is a franchise so whatever issues you have with rewards Customer Service Support is always there.

This store itself has great service and friendly to my dog. Place is very clean and organized pet place. Prices are reasonable. Everyone friendly and great prices. They also have a store ad where you can find promotions and in store coupons. They also have a self service pet wash as well. I’m glad you guys are in the neighborhood. This is the only store that I shop at for my dog treats, food and needs.

The free self Pet Wash for veterans and Military members this month was amazing!! They got me into the store, competitive prices and friendly staff means I will now I will definitely consider buying my pet supplies, rather than PetSmart. especially if they were to carry my dog's food which they don't😪

Always good deals and great products. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Love if you round up your purchase it guess directly to the animal places they help which you don't see that much. All in all a great place to buy pet supplies and help out different agencies in the process. Oh, almost forgot very friendly staff with the groomers great with my mom's dog!
