I’ve been coming to the store for years and I love it! The staff is always awesome. They always have everything in stock and when they don’t, they’re more than happy to accommodate you and order something or call another store. Today I had a pet tag that I needed to be made and unfortunately, you can’t control machines and it got stuck in there lol! The staff and manager were so Great handling the situation! Thanks for making my pet shopping always enjoyable!

I’ve been in here at least three times in the last four months and they still don’t seem to have much smaller birds such as Conurs on down. I truly believe I’m gonna stop coming into the store here in Taylor. I’ll take my business somewhere where I know I’ll get stuff that I need

Rude manager, rude staff and it’s a pattern not a one time occurrence, I wish if there’s another location near me hoping for a better experience. But unfortunately this is the closest and only location I can quickly reach to. Management should get coaching and training, staff members as well. I don’t want to say anything about treating ppl based on their color, but it’s my concern to be honest. Its very unfortunate with such business that don’t appreciate their customers business and support.

Staff is polite..clean store. We went in to bath our two xl dogs. The staff was amazing! They kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. That has never happened any where else before. Love their shampoo!

We took our dog here for the self service pet wash station. It's a great way to take care of your pet without the expensive fees of groomers. They supply the soap and towels. They had a station for large dogs and small. The area was clean and well kept. I would recommend it to anyone.
