Employees are so helpful! Trey took the time to help me find exactly what I needed for my picky pup. And Missy is so friendly! They have great toys for heavy chewers too! Will definitely return!

Super disappointed that they raised the price of the self service dog wash from $25 to $40. That is a huge jump in price and it was something that my husband and I utilized all the time. Looks like we’ll be washing my dog in the backyard 🫤

Super great folks had a few issues while on vacation with my pupster between the sand rubbing his poor pink skin Raw to him breaking his leash and the final wash before we left this place was awesome and I would definitely recommend it!! I even almost took home a cat named Mavis as she caught me and my husband's eye and stole our heart in their area for cat adoption thank you so much pet supply store!

Non experienced personnel caused my dog an “injury” that required to be given Gabapentin for pain and couldn’t walk on his paw/foot for a week. Couldn’t even help my own dog because he weighs 155 lbs and is unable to walk due to the medication!
All because of a dew claw trying to be cut by someone that didn’t know how.

this place and its employees are freaking awesome! we enjoyed stopping in on vacation while waiting for our table next door and grabbing some of the baked goods . i unfortunately didn’t get the two ladies names but the employees were super friendly and helpful. the following day my pup actually broke a toe nail pretty badly and they were super helpful finding all the supplies needed too fix up our fur baby while away from home. they made the super stressful situation way more manageable and thanks so much from 2 pawrents

I love this place - great selection, friendly, knowledgable and honest staff. Cannot overstate how awesome this store is! We split our time between Topsail Island and Vermont and always look forward to shopping here when we're in town ❤️
