We often shop here for our cat. It is local and offers competitive pricing. My husband brought me there recently and surprised me by adopting a kitten that had only been there for about an hour. She is so sweet and adorable! The adoption's there are in conjunction with the Human Society. The cost for the adoption was $60.00. The cost included the kitten with all her shots, spayed, and chipped. The adoption process was quick and easy. The store employees were very appreciative of our adoption. We are so thrilled with our little girl we named Bella.

The team member with the burgundy hair is amazing! Always so sweet and provides great customer service. Helps me carry my dog food bags to my car and is such a pleasure when needing help. Employees like this is why we choose to shop here.

Hello! My wife and her mother(the very sexy woman that I’m sure turned many heads) have recently visited your store, and to say the least, were extremely disappointed. My wife is a very avid enthusiast of snakes and she was very excited to hold one. I do everything to make my wife happy and let’s just say, the events that followed left me extraordinarily upset. The beautiful goddess(my wife) very politely asked one of your employees if she could hold a snake, to which the employee told her NO. You see, nobody tells my wife no. We went specifically for the dog wash. It was very clean snd well stocked. You get the bath, shampoo, towels and a blow dryer. There is not time limit so you don’t need to feel rushed. Chris and Kay were very helpful and friendly.

The staff is really nice and I had a Million random questions and they were able to answer them all. They are very knowledgeable in what you pet would need and how to take care of your pat and the equipment. Some of the cages where pretty dirty but considering that I was there as soon as they opened they hadn't really had time yet to start cleaning the cages yet. ( I went back later that day for something else and they were clean).

Who is the manager of this place? I was there yesterday. And the poor lady at the aquarium/live pet section had no clue what she was doing and had to go ask her manager multiple questions who knew she was busy and still didn't come out to help her. During this process I was buying a coral, the lady had never taken one out of the tank and as she is she reaches her hand in there and proceeds to squeeze the heads of the coral. I didn't realize until I got it home and in the tank but as she squeezed the heads she actually popped around half of them killing half the coral. I offered multiple times to get it myself since she obviously had no clue how to handle or bag them. I even asked for the manager to do it which idk she she told the manager that or not. But they never came out.

When into the store the other day to buy more food for my dog since It was on sale. I noticed that the price did not properly adjust to the sale price. Cashier got her manager Chris who argued tooth and nail that the items I bought did not qualify for the "mix and match" promo they were running. Even though the sale signage was displayed under all three varieties of the food. He kept stating that I can't mix offers. He also kept saying I was miss reading the sign. I have a very great grasp on reading comprehension as it's important in my line of work. I was not mixing offers as the 4 boxes of food were all apart of the same offer. I have previously worked retail management in several stores, a pet store being one of them, and this is terrible customer service and terrible marketing by the team who came up with the promotions signage. If only select items qualify, the signs should reflect that and they should not be put anywhere and everywhere. I am never coming back/shopping at this store again. Terrible experience. I will do my shopping with Pet Supermarket or shop online.
