This place is the absolute best and cleanest spot to bring your pet. The pet wash is always clean, well stocked, and working well. The cashier staff are always friendly and greet you upon entry.

We tried once to use the grooming department to have our senior basset groomed, but it didn’t work out due to his stress and anxiety. Something came up during his attempted scheduled service, and the grooming staff called me immediately to let me know. The staff went the extra mile in keeping him comfortable until I was able to pick him up. I am very grateful for the professionalism, care, and patience from the grooming staff in taking care of our boy!

I've been coming here for four years without any issues. During my last visit, I brought my dog in for grooming and a haircut. My dog is calm and doesn't cause problems. However, they cut him all over his ears and body, and he developed an infection in both ears. The manager denied responsibility and didn't care to resolve the issue. I'm done with this location at Young Ranch. Be cautious when getting your dog groomed here.

Everyone is nice, friendly, and helpful. I go here for all of my dog's needs.

The groomers are fast and do a great job. They schedule you in a way that they are able to focus on your dog and not have him in a cage. They also will text/call you when they are done.

They have a huge variety of quality food and treats. The prices are pretty good too, Think of it as a neighborhood PetSmart or Petco, but better.

I would not recommend this store. I made an online purchase and informed them I would be paying with my sister's card. However, when I arrived to pick up my dog's food and provided my ID, they refused to give me the order, even though I was listed as the pickup person and the account is under my name. The staff was unhelpful, constantly interrupting me as I tried to explain the situation.

Additionally, a few months ago I contacted them about moldy treats and moldy CBD products I had purchased, but I never received a response.

If you're looking for a better experience, I recommend visiting store #1463.

I love this place - it's right down the street! They have better deals on cat litter, food, and toys than Chewy! And they're always sending out coupons. I like the option to pickup or have delivered. It's super easy!

Completely unsanitary self wash. Workers allow others to de-shed their dogs. So feel free to bring your grooming tools. As for our family, we’ll stick to the 1463 location. They would never allow that.

Be careful the rude racist female employee there. Threatening people towing their cars if they don't go to their store....Spend more money to training your employee should works better than sending the endless coupon cards to the neighborhood mailbox.

I just love this place in Brookshire, just down the road from Katy, Texas. Every time I enter the door of this wonderful establishment, I am greeted with a smile! The staff here always appreciate seeing their customers. The store is never overly crowded and therefore I am to select my items for purchase fairly quickly. I am always given a warm good bye. Customer service at its finest. My hat off to management for a well trained staff in Customer service. It's all about personality and attitude in addition to performance.
