They are nice I got a new hamster named from over here but the petco in east sac was rude and heartless when we returned the mean hamster he was rude and heartless we had good customer service at pet supplies plus the guy is nice

Had a GREAT experience shopping here, spoke with the storage manager about switching dog food for our 12 years old German shepherd. She was super helpful & explained so many different options & ways to tackle this step. This was my first time coming to this location & truly I won't go anywhere else because of their great customer service that we received. From right when we walked into the store each sales rep asked if I needed help or had questions. I was passed on to the store manager because of her knowledge. Super friendly & professional. Thank you! And yes Missy seams to be doing awesome with the transition of her new food recommendations.

this visit talked a lot about fish and aquariums and all the stuff needed to enjoy one! very knowledgeable and friendly team members in this store ... back home and drawing up a budget ... got our usual cat stuff for Robbie the Brave and his sisters. it's not the biggest chain of pet stores but i really enjoy our time here in this particular store ... great place!

We had such a wonderful experience with Cat, who groomed Bailey this week. From the moment we walked through the door, she made the experience calming and even fun for Bailey, who is usually a bit timid with grooming. Cat was thoughtful, detail-oriented, and even offered to touch up anything she missed. It’s rare for our pup to warm up to someone so quickly so she’s the true judge! And, Bailey looked great!! We look forward to coming back soon!

My wife and I love shopping at pet supplies plus for our Rocky boy. This is the only store in our area that sells his signature dog food. They carry not only top brands but the healthiest choices nutrition wise. Also, customer service is always so nice!! They make every trip a great experience as well as delivery always being on time. My wife bring are little dog to the “ professional groomer “ at this location if you guys don’t want to do your job please don’t do it , do something else and have a question to the community ,do you pay for something like this because my wife did it Please by honest 😡😡
