I used to be a loyal customer. Then they started to take away all discounts and I should have stopped shopping this store at that point. Now there is nothing on their shelves and I mean nothing. Their fish are always in quarantine. This store is a joke. I’ve asked if they are closing and have been told they are just having problems with trucks. This problem has been ongoing for week. Never see the same people working there. Just close or get some stock on your shelves.

Originally gave this place an outstanding review, but after my visit today, I am rescinding my recommendation for this store. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

Let me start by saying, I am not a "Karen" or a snob, by any means. I have already and would have continued to spend a lot of money at this store.

My 3 year old daughter made a small mess on the floor; when I asked for a bucket/mop to clean it up, one employee told me they did not have one.
Obviously, if they have a floor, they have a mop. Instead, I was given 3 paper towels and spray and wiped up their filthy floor on my hands and knees. Then I asked the manager for a mop, and she very begrudgingly brought one out to me; without so much as a word or a smile.
Another employee was EXTREMELY rude to my 4 year old autistic son. Girl, DO NOT parent somebody else's child when they were already reprimanded. This is the incident that angered me the most.
I strongly recommend going to a different pet store for your animal companions.
That is, unless you enjoy being treated absolutely terribly by staff that are supposed to be hospitable and friendly. Also, they leave dead fish in the tanks to rot.
Will never return.
I will say the nice man at the cash register was the only good part of my experience there.

Excellent experience, 1st time customer. Took my Kenai for a self bathe experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back for goodies and food. Bring my little Daphne too. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Went to give our dog a bath. The bath area was in terrible shape. The hose was broken in the bath for our size dog, so we had to use the bath for very large dogs that sits much lower. The water was cold, the do not have clips to hold the dog in place (just leashes to tie to the rings), the drain is missing the cover so we had to worry about her stepping in it and breaking her leg and overall the area was just dirty and not kept up. We paid $15 for the bath.

We came to pick up our order on a fairly busy night and had a bit of a wait, which is understandable, and we were not upset, but the employee that brought the order out was so kind and apologetic about the wait. Always great customer service here

I would be embarrassed to say I worked at this store. Three quarters of the animals are in isolation for illness. There are visibly sick and distressed animals on display. Shout out to that poor guinea pig who was missing all of his fur which in turned showed his skin ulcers and the fact that he shook like a hypothermic victim the entire time.

If you can't maintain the health of your animals in any capacity, you shouldn't have them. Get better staff, get better illness and prevention policies and then you might have a chance. Pray that someone doesn't post the animals on social media.

This used to be our go to place for our guinea pigs but it has gone downhill and is rarely stocked. Places like this complain about losing business to the internet. Well, this is why. I'm not going to drive for 30 minutes to get there to only leave with nothing. It's happened the last several times. We've finally learned our lesson and won't go back.

Went to buy some fish. I told the lady I did not want a specific fish but one of the others as it was missing part of its tail. Thinking she followed my wishes, I acclimated the several fish I bought and put into my tank tank. I now have a fish that constantly hides and that I specially told her I didn't want. So, I went back in today to give them another try and asked the assistant manager, who is 5' 2" with dark brown hair with glasses, if they would substitute two fish at $3.98 for my hardship. The original fish cost $9.98. She said they couldn't do that and could only do one fish. When I asked for her name, she kept quiet so, I said o.k. that's fine I can describe you and the date is 9/20 around 2:20 and you look about 4'8" and she said I'm 5'2" if you want to get it right, WOW. That's what happens when you put those who look like they are in High School as your managers. I told her a second time she had the opportunity to make this right and go away or make a mistake. That's when I told her while showing her my post, that my first fish was a $10-$15 fish and the others would be less to compensate. She still said I can not. So I told her o.k. I will repost how your company treats their customers.

So, I have to edit this again after talking to another employee. Who said: "Employee of the month is based on who can shove the most survey cards down customer's throats, and who can sell the most of our store brand dog food." then the person said: the they care more about their money and reviews. The person said check Reddit, Indeed, or Glassdoor if you want the real story. The person said they have had class action law suits from groomers underpaid and class action wire tapping law suits in another state because their website records the keyboard buttons you click and your mouse movement.
