Absolutely wonderful employees at this store. It's so nice to have a place you can bring your dog in! Everytime I bring my Chihuahua in she is greeted by the warmest welcome ever by all the employees! It's so nice to have a pet store that goes the extra mile to make it a positive experience for the animals that come inside! If my dog is happy, I'm happy! Thanks guys! I was part of an Adoption event here with Ruby Whiskers Rescue. The front of the store is Perfect for such a thing along with time outside with the picnic table & chairs by the potty grass!
Things went really well and hope to be there again with Adoptables soon!!😊

I get my dog groomed by Sylvia G. She is patient with him as he can be difficult and continues to offer services even when my dog tried to bite her a few times. I appreciate her service and she always makes sure to get the job done well. I highly recommend Sylvia as a groomer.

We took our pup to be groomed by Brittany S. and she was fantastic. Our pup loved her and she did an excellent job. Brittany was professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be making all of our future appts with her.

The new manager, Silvia, in the grooming department seems to be very rude. Apparently, she states who was there before had all the prices wrong and pets breeds information wrong. If she was so rude and full or herself and talked to me kindly. I'm sure I could have been more understanding but when she comes out saying " I'm the new manager, and im fixing everything that was wrong including the dog breeds." Isn't right. I'll be going to another location to prevent encountering her big headedness. So sad because I loved the employees that work here.

This store has everything I need for my furry family members and it offers the best point system that earn you coupons. The store offers great discounts on food, grooming, supplies and much more to regular members. Each time I visit the store, I’m completely impressed with the level of service, knowledge, friendliness and the level professionalism from Megan the store manager.

I brought my dog here for the self wash station… 5 minutes into his shower the water turned EXTREMELY COLD and NEVER warmed back up. Water was so cold my own hands were cramping… i asked the worker about it and she said there is nothing they can do since their water heater is on a “timer”… PET SUPPLIES IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE $40 TO USE THE SELF WASH STATION MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RUNNING WARM WATER!!

They let someone training cut his nail too short and I left with my poor boy bleeding everywhere. I understand people starting out have to learn eventually thats why I wanted to give them a chance, but maybe don’t let trainees make cuts without supervision.
