Such a great staff, the first time I came into this store it was under different owners and I had never felt so unwelcome in a store. Since it’s under new ownership it’s a completely different vibe. I love shopping here for all my pet needs!

Left my dog at this store at noon to be groomed and picked him up at 4pm looking like this. I recommend the store because the employees and manager are great, but DO NOT let “Kaydence” groom your dog. She clearly has no clue what she is doing there. Here’s a photo of my dog after he left PS and a photo of what he looked like after visiting Woof Gang. Posting this in hopes of saving others time, money, and a traumatized dog!

We were really excited about supporting this local business, but unfortunately the excitement ran out a long time ago. For starters, the manager talked us into buying a pricey brand of dog food, yet each time we go to buy a bag, it's never in stock, so we had to switch her back to a different brand. Secondly, the Self Dog Washes we paid $40 a card for is a total waste of money. We have repeatedly pointed out the filthy conditions of the tubs to the manager/staff, and yet it seems to get worse each time we go in. The tubs are always full of pink and black mold. This is not only dangerous to the animals, but it's dangerous to humans. Finally.... "IF" you're lucky enough to get a clean towel, it's a 1/4 of a pathetic rag that's full of holes and left over hair from other animals. I say if, because most times there's no towels available. The young female manager can care less when you approach her about any issues, and responds in a very unprofessional and rude manor. She should be fired, as she has no place working in customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This store and staff are amazing! Every question I have ever had Jason has been such a tremendous help his knowledge of reptiles and fish really helped me out quite a few times! He’s always willing to help out with a little extra and is patient with all my questions big or small he’s a wonderful asset there and I will shop no where else for all my pet needs!

I came in wanting to use the self-service dog wash which was only $10 for one wash. They provided towels the shampoo and conditioner as well as the blow dryer as I was walking around I happened to notice the prices and items in the store I cannot help but by some stuff as I was leaving. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and I will definitely be back. Family facility they do offer grooming service I actually highly recommend this place.

It's $10 for one wash or you can spend $25 and get five washes. Definitely worth checking out if you have dogs!

This is by far the best location we've visited. Even though it's a further drive for us, it is totally worth it due to the knowledge of the staff. The manager has helped us navigate having two guinea pigs and what it takes to keep them healthy and happy. Everyone here is so helpful and truly cares about pets and their humans. Thank you for being here for us!

Alec with the grooming area was amazing. He understood exactly what I was asking for with my dog's first ever grooming, and delivered. He helped me save money because I had accidentally booked services I didn't need so the price was much less than I thought it would be. His integrity will ensure that this is the only place I will use for grooming.

Also, every associate that I came in contact with was kind and helpful and even gave my dog a treat at check out.

Don’t bother going. All of the isles are stripped and what they do have is priced considerably higher than competing stores. The employee was nice though.
