I always have a good experience at this location, but most especially with the two groomers, Ashlee and Brooklyn!!! I take my 2 large babies in to see them regularly and they are so gentle and patient.

PSP had the best customer service. Staff are knowledgeable & if they do not know they'll find out. Even when they're busy, they make sure to let you know they'll be right with you. Great product selection for a variety of animals.
Great self-serve bath stations & groomers are the absolute best around.

LOVE visiting here! They are so sweet and love seeing the pets! One time, my pup was having anxiety, happened around a shift change, the staff were so sweet making my puppy feel calm! We sat on the floor with some of the staff after they clocked out! Great people!!!

Me and my mom love coming to this establishment whenever we are low on dog food, cat food, treats and more. This is a great place to buy things in bulk if needed. Me and my mom come here like every 6-9 months for replacements. The employees are always so nice, professional, kind and friendly and they never miss a smile. We love it here and will continue to shop here.

Got Opie and Terra a bath last night. They both did great. $15 each, Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner all available for the Dog's. Nice bathing section, with Aprons for us humans to put on. Then took them around the store, got some Dog's food and a Biscuit for each of them. They both behaved so well. I definitely recommend and I'll be back.

Great experience. I went in to find a carrier for my cat, when I was placing it in the car she got out. I went searching for her for 3 hours and they were very nice and helpful and even gave me some free tube to lure my cat. I ended up finding her, funny enough it was underneath one of the groomers car. Thank you so much!

Didn't honor the 25% off grooming services that they had a poster on the wall promoting. Groomer reminded my sister about the discount and when my sister brought it up cashier staff member rudely said “I don't know anything about that” instead of asking someone who did know and did not apply the discount. My sister ended up just paying and leaving because the man was so dismissive and rude.
