Quite a big store, complete and the sale items are very cheap. The cashier's are very helpful. They sell fishes, birds, snake and have cat adoption. There're enough parking spots.

No matter how busy they are, they make you feel like you're the only one in the store. They are always offering to help you snd carry your stuff out. Looking for discounts and coupons for you. People seem like they really enjoy working there and that reflects on customer service.

Edit:*** Jeffrey reached out to me and appreciated the feedback I gave so he can make their store better and although I can't go back in time and have my dogs washed for the week with someone watching my kids so I can get the job done I do appreciate him reaching out to apologize and try to make the situation better. I was offered some resolution and even better than that he is actually using feedback to help his employees with better customer service.

Bought the discount dog wash card. Asked about how it works and if there were restrictions on the card before purchasing. That employee told me, "just bring your dog in during our store hours" I brought my dog in later and a dane we were dog sitting and they were very kind and helpful. I go again today arrival time 5:55 my son says there is someone in the dog was area. So we wait to see if they leave but then decide to walk in and find out if it will be a long wait. We walk in at 6:01 and she talks to us for a while and then asks if she can help us and I tell her we are just waiting for the dog wash area. She said oh that closes at 6 today. She was very nice about it but they were clearly cleaning up the dog wash area and closing before 6 even if we walked in when we got there. My complaints are employees should know and voice these things to customers when they ask about them while purchasing items AND even if I did know the hours they shouldn't close early. That's like saying a store is open until 11 but they have to clean up so you get there at 1055 and they are cleaning and won't let you in. Maybe that's just me. I have worked in fast food where you cannot clean up and close before your operating hours just because you want to close on time. If you walked into subway at 9:59 and we closed at 10, as much of a pain that it was to have to clean up after closing, I had to serve that customer. As convenient as this service seems I will not repurchase from them and find somewhere else to wash my dog. I wish carters had a dog wash because their prices are lower anyway.

I was excited that pet supplies plus offered local same day delivery for items in stock in the store. I provided specific delivery instructions because I have an address that is challenging to locate. Instead, I wanted them to leave it in an easily accessible well marked mailbox. However, the delivery instructions appeared to have been completely ignored and the package was delivered to the house at a wrong address.
I regret tipping the delivery driver, since they didn’t follow instructions.
There should be an option to tip upon receipt of the delivery, rather then at the initial purchase.

It's nice. It's large. There's a lot of variety for everything. There's a seating area for dogs and cats who are waiting to go to the clinic. That area is near the fish tanks so there's something to watch. My only thing here is that the garbage can for dog poop is outside through the store out back. It's hard to know where it is.

Great deals and sales all the time. Very clean store, kind and helpful associates and in stock of most things. When I had one issue with a product, I got a phone call pretty quickly and they wanted to help or care for the issues any way they could.

Very clean store. The employees are always very helpful. I love that they always offer to help me with my purchase to the car. I even take them up on it. They don't seem to have the cat health selection that they used to have.
But they have something that works.
Over all you probably won't be disappointed for your pets needs.
