Excellent, helpful staff! Saturday 10/12/24 I took my two labs in for a dog wash. The tubs were well stocked with soaps, towels, fur dryers and most importantly super clean. I will be back and highly recommend!

Great spot! I don't generally shop in this area, but we adopted a cat from a rescue in town and stopped by to pick up all the basics. A great selection - even had one of our dog's favorite treats which can be hard to find!

It was well lit and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's a shame I don't live closer or I'd be a regular.

Awesome self service dog wash area with everything you need! Loved the waterproof aprons and provided towels- makes it super easy! Worth the cost to me to not have to clean up afterwards. There are 5 stations- 3 big dog and 2 small dog. Was able to fit in there comfortably even with 2 other dogs + owners in there.

Terribly disappointing service to say the least I walked in I saw this older lady who should be known as the "GateKeeper" first person you see when entering the store, very unpleasant, not helpful at all period customer service is at a lull to say the least. You walk in and you ask for help, only to be IGNORED and of course the manager is nowhere to be found.
DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE VERY LEAST I HOPE CORPORATE SEES THIS!! Something needs to change.

First time visiting this location and there were plenty of options. I was able to catch some treats on sale for less than $5. I would recommend this location for anyone during the “end of month blues” since there are prices at every level. The associates are top notch and very helpful. Cody assisted me with my items and was very informative and definitely set a standard. The have a pet wash for $15 and provide shampoo.

I've gone to a few other Pet Supplies+ locations and this is the cleanest one! I wash and groom my dog, Frankie, myself. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. The wash stations are clean and spacious. There are plenty of clean towels and dog soaps to choose from. Sometimes the hot/warm water doesn't work, but staff always helps with this problem. The wash stations allow me to stand upright and avoid back injury, but best of all Frankie enjoys getting washed here!!
