This was my first time having my dog groomed here and when I tell you, everything about this experience was absolutely amazing, I am absolutely not kidding. From the moment I got there I was greeted by an extremely friendly employee at the front. When I got to the grooming section there was a chalk board with all the names of the pets the were scheduled to be groomed. I was then helped by Joseph who gave me by far one of the best services ever, from the moment he greeted me to the moment he gave me my dog back everything was amazing. My dog doesn’t like getting groomed but for the first time ever my dog didn’t cry or start shaking before being taken to the back, this was extremely reassuring, I just knew then and there I was taking her to a great place. I completely recommend this place, please come here for amazing service for your pet! If this wasn’t good enough the prices here are extremely better than the competition.

I was quite excited about the self dog wash station. I usually go to Bruno’s Too for DIY wash but I was told that Pet Supplies Plus has a better deal. Went in to get the 5 wash deal for $40. The clerk was very friendly and the store was very clean and well kept. But the wash station was very disappointing. I see that they tried to be all tile and nice. But it’s not practical at all. There is very little space each slot and there is no anchor to suspend your dog from running away. Also, the shampoo was not provided. The shower handle was very stiff to operate as well. Hot water was not working. I wish it was more practical for dog parents.

I revisited to use up my 5 wash coupon that I paid for $40 from my first visit. (I should have waited) This was what we faced. This is so unacceptable.
They did add a suspension collar onto the wall. But with this level of dirtiness and bad hygiene, I don’t think I’ll ever come back…

My cockerpoo was bathed, cut, teeth brushed, etc, 2nd time
I was told his next visit could be an extra labor charge. My dog is 12lbs,, 8 months old, playful dog. No history of biting.
I was told a muzzle was pot on him and that's usually and extra charge.
My dog has cherry eye, both eyes are extremely red.
I wanted to add the pics but unfortunately I cannot.

Great selection and friendly staff. Recommend the self wash be serviced more frequently and a dirty towel basket be added. Towels always are left around cause there isnt a dirty towel bin.

Always so clean and well stocked! Their stuff is pricey but if you go when they have sales which is pretty much ALWAYS it's pretty affordable! We also wash our dog here for 15$ and they supply everything you need to wash them yourself or you can make an appointment with their groomer!

I had a disappointing experience at The PET SUPPLY STORE due to the rude behavior of one of their employees and the poor quality of service provided. I expected better professionalism and customer care. Hopefully, they can address these issues for future customers.

My family approached the checkout counter and placed all of our items there. The lady who was upfront did not respond to us, but the guy running the other register told us to come over to his side. He was super friendly, did an amazing job and was kind and funny.

What was interesting was that two minutes after we got to the other side, another lady came up, put her stuff on the counter, and that girl employee then decided to respond and engage with her. I was disappointed with the horrible customer service.

Two staff members were working on Saturday, March 23, at 8:00 pm. The male employee was amazing, but the lady employee needs to not be the face of the company. Instead, she needs to be in the back store stocking shelves. If I see her there again, I am calling corporate. I wish I could give the give 5 stars and her 0. Thank you

First time in this dog supermarket. It was very welcoming. I was greeted when I walked in with my dog and my son. Surprisingly, I was the only customer. Well, it was also early on a weekday too. The store was nice and clean with plenty of room in the isle to walk around and browse through. I like the fact that they have a self service dog bathing room. They also offer full grooming and a la carte grooming services but the groomer was off that day.
I was able to find and buy Stella & Chewy dehydrated dog food for my little dog since we were on the go for four days and I didn't have time to cook for him. Will definitely be back.
