I’ve been traveling the whole day and wanted to stop in for a quick wash and some food for my pup Ary. Her and I were treated with a 5 star service even after coming soon to close. They let me wash her while providing some good convo. The owner quickly told me where the Purina food was, and Kirsten helped walk my order out to my car. I don’t live around here but if I lived within an hour or two I’d make the commute just for the kind customer service they provided us. You guys helped turn a bad travel day into a fantastic night. Much appreciated 🙏

Forgive me, I didn’t catch her name… but the nice young lady on the left side of checkout gave me the best customer service today!!! She helped me find all the supplies for my dog. She also had excellent recommendations for toys and treats! Every time I come to this store, everyone is super nice and helpful. I’d highly recommend to all pet people!!! *** If you can, they usually have donations bags for the cats and dogs at GCAC. So you should buy some at checkout to help the shelter animals in our community!*** thank you all for everything!

Should really update the hours on Google, as they still say this location is open until 8pm. I used to love this store, I drive out of my way to get my dog food here, and I was really disappointed to find that my 45 minute drive was pointless (even though I Googled the hours to make sure I was good to shop at 6:30pm). Don’t really understand the point of keeping this location open if it can only be open three days a week.

Honestly I wouldn’t have bothered to leave a review, as I know short-staffing is hard to manage, but I have been begged to leave two 5-star reviews in the past, so I figured I would leave another honest one.

Very disappointed, I guess I will visit the Taylor’s location so I won’t have to wait until this location decides to be open again.

Awesome people there I don’t know their names but a girl with bangs was amazing and nice talking to her and the other coworker who was a male. They’re very welcoming and sweet! A guy attended me at the register. Pretty cool guy I think he was wearing glasses. Reason I’m describing them is because these are people who I’ve seen and they made sure I got the right items and if I needed any help with anything! Again these people are amazing and very welcoming!

Went in on Labor Day the Lady behind the counter was super helpful with my bearded dragon. She has two reptiles and gave me so much information. Would recommend stopping by for all your pets needs.

Store associates were friendly, dog wash station was $14 awesome water pressure & clean stations. Lots of towels. Check out their baked treats my picky dog was not a fan but she a picky & they have free treats on the counter.

Came here to grab some kitten supplies. The friendly workers greeted us as we entered and helped me out with the heavy items. Ernest, the man who checked us out, was extremely helpful and welcoming, and even loaded my cart full of heavy bags into the trunk of my car. I will definitely be back!
