Bought 3 Guppies a couple weeks ago. One died a few days after buying it but they were the first and only fish in the tank so I just had assumed maybe it didn't acclimate well to their new tank. After a week or so I noticed little white spots and with time it has just gotten worse, now that I can actually see it completely I know that I was sold fish with ick. Luckily they are the only fish that have been in the tank.

The experience was very good. They were very nice and helpful. Although, the only thing I didn’t like was - I was asked if I wanted to sign up with them, I politely declined. During the check out I was ask twice for email and number and it felt a bit force. Not too bad for a first time client

I came in today to purchase a snake! The staff was more than helpful and informative on the ins and outs on owning a snake. They helped me get everything I needed and gave me great tips and a pamphlet for more information. They also gave me a great deal on my lil guy, literally half the price guys!! Let’s also mention on the great conditions they keep all their reptiles! I’ve been a returning customer and will continue to be!! Thank you for all your help and kindness.

I’m a regular and love Serena’s (I think that’s her name) grooming and Amber and Cassie’s customer service. Everyone is so nice and I love coming here to bathe my dog and buy food. If there’s any issues with my regular dog food they have handled it. Big fan, I’ve recommended this location to 2 friends.

Great store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always has great deals. Really enjoy how they try and carry some live animals that competitors like petsmart don’t. There always well taken care of! Definitely my preferred pet store.

i was greeted by amber as soon as i walked in, she was acknowledging every customer in the store making sure everyone was getting taken care of. i purchased some cat cans and some dog toys, there is a wide selection in the store. amber also happened to help me checkout at the register she made my trip to pet supplies plus an easy going trip thank you amber for all of your help! and diva thanks you for helping us pick out her new favorite chameleon toy!
