My dog was having stomach issues and with all the different brands and types of dog food, I was having a very difficult time choosing one. Your employee by the name of Sam saw me struggling and came over and started asking me very specific and detailed questions as to what the issues were. I could tell by the questions, that they were being asked from a place of true caring and concern for my dogs well being. He recommended the Redford brand and even helped me to my car without hesitation, I didn't even need to ask him to do this. Being a new customer to your store as well, Sam helped me sign up for a membership. I've had many bad experiences with other pet stores, but after this one, Pet Supplies Plus will be my main store for anything I should need. Sam was extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and provided great customer service. You're very lucky to have him at your store. Employees like this are hard to find that are willing to go over and above for their customers and their pets, someone who isn't afraid of hard work and shows hustle. I look forward to visiting your store again and will ask for Sam each and every time.

I used to love this store, until today. I called at 2:07. Asking if they had a specific brand; a specific flavor and specific weight of the food. They assured me they had plenty. I drive all the way here and the manager tells me "oh we don't even carry that size" and she was rude and said the reason they lied was because they were so busy today. Clearly they have the most useless employees, and I'm pissed that people lack basic knowledge. Definitely won't be back here.

Starting out with the staff. They were very very friendly. Oddly the 4 employees that helped when we first walked had no idea if they sold Eukanuba dog food. The young woman who broke from the pack to help took us to where she thought it should be. Unfortunately no luck. I found it odd that between 4 people none of them knew what was carried in the store. On the bright side she was able to suggest 2 poissible substitutions. I appreciated the effort. The store it's self was well lit and didn't have any off putting smells. Overall a good experience especially after being on the icy roads from Northern, WY to Fort Collins
