Went to buy some fish. It’s a great store, clean and with helpful staff. Lots of toys for your dog or cat. They also have a grooming service and your own place to wash your pooch.

Today I went to go buy food for my fur babies. Decided to try another brand. I asked this young man for help. I had a couple of questions and he took the time to answer all my questions. The customer service was excellent. Recommend this place to anyone.

**UPDATE of review** Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating of this particular store. Last time I gave this store 5 stars, this time I'm giving them 2 due to the last two on-line orders. I've been a customer at this location since it opened, in hopes that this would be my first stop at buying pet supplies. I feel with all the items I've purchased on-line and in-store, I should be at the top of their customer list.
I have two Dobermans who I spend a lot of money on monthly, and at times, "weekly" on online orders from this store and the in-store purchases of dog baths!!
Unfortunately, they don't have their on-line order "picking process" down among ALL employees, in order to avoid an error and causing a customer to drive all the way back to correct them. This last order my husband picked up mis- labeled, so the cashier almost left behind one of our items. If my husband wouldn't have mentioned that he thought the box belonged to our order, he would have driven off without it, once again!
I may have to transfer my patronage to another location if this continues.

Pet Supplies Plus did an amazing job grooming my Rottweiler and Cane Corso! The staff was friendly, handled my big dogs with care, and they came out looking and smelling fantastic. Highly recommend their grooming services for large breeds!

Since the store was opened here we have been taking our dog to this location for grooming since it is closer to our home. It was always a challenge to get an appointment sooner and this time we had an appointment scheduled for last Saturday at 9 am and due to some personal reasons we got delayed and reached there by 9.15 am. By then the groomer had already cancelled our appointment. When I requested to take him in for that day she said cannot take for that day and asked to reschedule it for another day. And the closest appointment was 2 weeks later. I think you need to have some buffer and cannot expect to be on time exactly. Also it would help if they call and check on status before canceling the appointment. Later when I checked email the appointment was cancelled at 9.10 am. I have been to other grooming places and they give an hr or so window to drop off. I was really upset to go back without service after making this appointment weeks before. I was able to make an appointment with my old grooming place for tomorrow. Those looking for grooming service here please book your appointment only if you are able to go there on dot and expect your appointment to be cancelled if you are late by 10 mins.
