NO! They cut my poor baby’s ear when trying to give him a trim. My baby was moving around because he was SCARED and whoever was handling the scissors was being so CARELESS AND CUT.HIS.EAR. IN HALF. Then they had to wrap his poor little ear AND head in some gauze/bandage and he had to be put on antibiotics that gave him diarrhea and made him extra drowsy!!! Pet Supplies Plus is LUCKY we didn’t SUE.

Love Ryan and Skyler haven't seen them in a while. They are the best. This location is our preferred location for toys, treats, close bags all accessories. All employees here are helpful knowledgeable and kind. Where I don't need help I regularly see multiple employees helping customers out to their car

We usually go to a different Pet Supplies Plus in our area, but since we were doing some Christmas shopping in Frisco we stopped by this location. The two young men working there were helpful and friendly. We were able to find almost everything on our list!

Staff is friendly and helpful. The store seems to have what the other pet box stores don't. Lots of different types of dog food(no victor dog food though). Saves me from having to go to a feed store. The prices were very reasonable too. Great place to take advantage of pet washing station.

My wife and I were here earlier with our dog Luna... This place is amazing The young girl at the register was super nice and super helpful.. I think the manager was a young guy but he was so playful with my dog and she loved it.. we will definitely be back.

Great location! The store is clean and has helpful staff. We went for the self service dog wash and we will be back! They have everything you need including soap and towels. The customer service is fantastic and the girl even helped us pick out a good brush for our lab for after.
