I had a great experience with Pet Supplies Plus Grooming! After my regular groomer canceled due to weather, I was able to book an appointment for my dog the same day, which was a lifesaver.
The intake process was quick and hassle-free. I appreciated getting a text 15 minutes before his bath was completed so I could pick him up on time. The whole process was incredibly efficient—this was the fastest bath and trim my dog has ever had!
When we got home, he smelled amazing, and his coat was super soft and fluffy. As a bonus, I found some discounted Hanukkah cookies while I was there and brought them home—they were a nice treat!
I also noticed they have a self-wash station if you prefer bathing your pet yourself, which is such a convenient option.
I’m very impressed with the service and the added perks. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus Grooming for anyone looking for a convenient and quality grooming experience!

Honestly, these people who cut pets have NO interest in making them look good. I just ordered a Teddy Bear Cut and look what they did. Just ask yourself if it looked good or not? They gave 20 excuses to justify the atrocity and nerve they did to my little dog. For me it is animal abuse. But the one who did this is more of an animal. Please be careful.

Of course they offered to return the money but it's not about when he does something atrocious like this we'll give him the money back and everything will be fixed

I will never bring my dog to this place and the money did you charge me use it to do training for dogs hair cut.

Me and my children came here for a quick trip to get some food for out Blue Tongue Skink and we ended up being in here for an hour. This is by far the best Pet Supplies Plus I have ever visited. From the customer service, the cleanliness of the store and habitats, the selection of food and treats. I will come here just to walk around. My 3 year old acted like she was at the zoo. The other location we went to did not have animals. All the animals look healthy and they have the cutest jokes and phrases on their tanks and habitats. I would give this location 10 stars if I could and I will be back weekly while living in this area. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

I had a great experience! Placed a pickup order; they had a good coupon going. Received my pickup ready notification a couple of hours later, and drove to the store for pickup. I was in and out in under 40 seconds! The associates were friendly and I even received a personalized hand note on my order! That was awesome to get 🙂

The place is clean, well stocked, and has a groomer and self washing area. I would give it 4/5 if my dogs food ( Pet Supply brand) didn't shoot up $20 this past month. However, I will still buy from there because both my dogs enjoy their lamb and rice.

I scheduled my dog for the older dog grooming package on Tuesday for Saturday, I received a text asking me to contact the groomer on Friday morning , however the store wasn’t opened yet. During my morning break I contacted the grooming department and was told they don’t take dogs over 13( even though he’s 14 small bread with a cleared by his Vet) Okay, I understand but could you not have contacted me on Wednesday or Thursday so I could get him in somewhere else? Thankfully I’m able to get him in with another groomer but not until next Friday.

We took our grand- dog here for grooming/bath and they did an excellent job! Brandi even advised us of an ear infection and was able to take her to her vet for care. We should have a before photo as she looked as though she was about 15lbs heavier with all the hair,lol!!!

I will never book an appointment with this groomer ever again. I had an appointment for my dog on 10/4/2024 and they called and cancelled a few hours before the appointment. I had an appointment set for 10/12/2024 and they call and cancel. The cancellation was for the same reason each week. The groomer was sick. I know things happened but two weeks in a row. They offered to gro my dog on 10/11/2024 after I told them I was at work.
