I have shopped here many times since they have opened. Because I don't live close, I often buy in bulk to insure I don't run out. Unfortunately my dog passed from a fast aggressive cancer, and I was left with 1 unopened bag of $100 food. I called after she was diagnosed and asked about returning the bag. I was told that because I was over the 90 days I could return it but would only get a 50% refund. After my dog passed and I was finally able to pull myself together and make the 45 minute trip to return the food, 2 weeks later, I was denied the return by the store manager. Not only did he not keep the word of the employee and allow the return, but never once did he show any sympathy for my loss or even say sorry. I will never shop here again!

Love the dog self wash station. The parking lot is hectic because of its design and the surrounding plaza but I continue to go to this location bc they're always clean and so helpful and friendly

Pet Supplies Plus is a fantastic place to go for all your pet needs. My family and I have been using pet supplies plus for a few years now starting in North Carolina. The store is always EXTREMELY clean and the people there are very friendly. We were so excited to see a store open here in the San Diego area, and this store continues the high quality standards we experience on the east coast. The store is extremely clean and well kept, there is a wide variety of foods, toys, grooming products, etc for all your furry friends. Another great addition is when signing up to be a member you get emailed deals and coupons at least twice a month that save you tons of money. The store also has the self grooming station which is such a great service and very well priced. The staff is nothing but friendly and even helped carry our food to our car. I can not speak more highly of a pet store than here, I will be coming back for many many years to come.

One of the few Pet Supplies Plus stores in the local area. Alittle on the small ide but has all the essentials and. Is easy to navigate. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We like to come here for our dog food when there are sales and coupons offered which is a plus!

Waste of my time with this store. Called them and asked if they can get two specific brands of cat and dog food. They assured me they could and would work on it. I called them 3 times over two weeks. Every time it was a yes, that they are still working on it. Last time I called the clerk just checked her computer and point blank tells me they can’t get what I requested because it’s not in their computer database. And by the way I need to pre pay even though they can’t guarantee I will get what I requested. No customer service at this store and appears they will promise anything without checking first. Just got what I needed from Kahoots and they were actually happy to track it down and hold it.

In response to the owners reply: what is the point of contacting you again if you cannot order and deliver what I need? If you become an authorized dealer of Inukshuk dog food or get Farmina feline and canine formulas into your store then great. Otherwise it seems you cannot get these items so no reason to contact your store again
