The team is always so friendly and inviting. I love how everyone is present and connects with customers. They go out of there way to ensure your needs were met. The store is always clean! There self dog wash is perfect for my oversized Newfie. I buy cat and dog food at amazing prices! I can't say enough about this place. I don't shop elsewhere. Highly recommend!!!!

The store had a wide selection of items, and the checkout clerk gave treats when my dog went through the checkout line. The first time I bought a dog treat, I was given the sale price, but this time, they told me you have to have their card to get the sale price. They provide pet grooming and washing as well.

This has always been one of my favorite stores since I first stepped foot in here a few years back!
My husband and I got our fur baby Luna at the beginning of this year and I started taking her here to shop right away. She even got her shots here!
It has been a couple months since we stopped in we thought she would forget about the store considering she didn't like the shots, but Luna recognized everything right away and she was so happy to shop here again!! I know we can't ever go wrong with the variety of options and such a friendly and helpful staff. (:

I bought a fish 2 and a half months ago and they still spent so much time talking to me and answering questions. For the sake of keeping the review short I'll just say they went very above and beyond. Very nice staff. Jesse has been there for years so if you have questions about fish he's your guy.

Drove 30 minutes to get here at 7:05 and they wouldn’t let me use the dog wash even though the store closes at 8. They say their washing station close times “vary” and all I got was a “sorry”. Not listed anywhere when looking up the store that their washing station closes an hour early. Will certainly take my business elsewhere for all pet needs.

June 2023, Manager Tony stepped up. there were a few problems with Dog bathing today, in mentioning these problems Tony the Store manager STEP-UP!! EXCELLENT TEAM WORK! Thank you!!

Extreme customer service oriented!! The dog wash are is fantastic!
The manager is great, always checking if we need more & if the bathing tubs are working. They are always well stocked, the bathing tubs are up high and have warm water with a selection of great shampoos and conditioners.
The best stocked store, especially the customer service is stellar!!
The manager is more than polite and will offer at any time a bit of help is necessary, very involved with his customers. Place is clean, cashiers are friendly and helpful.
Excellent store. I wish them great success.
