Really great selection, patient & helpful employees, and reasonable prices.

My new fish survived an hour-long drive back to the boonies & are thriving!

Best of all, they had aquatic plants!

I get everything I need there, always pretty organized, good prices and so many choices on everything, and good ones. And the self wash doggy station is clean and so helpful for $15! They provide towels, shampoo, puppy shampoo, oatmeal shampoo (my go-to choice) and conditioner. As well as the professional blow dryers which are a MUST for short haired dogs, poodles and doodles mixes 🙂‍↕️ my dog had a happy bath.

Service and selections are good at this location. Unfortunately the purina large breed dog chow I got for my puppy. It was infested with bugs. I know it happens I’m just glad I noticed it on time. This is the second time I find bugs in purina dog food.

I love this place! This team, especially Ruben, are committed to an outstanding customer experience. I am so wowed! I encountered a little snafu with a delivery order, and they made it right immediately, ten times over (I mean just look at the cute toys they sent my dog as a gift!). In addition to that, when I visited recently, I was provided really helpful insight on what dog food to purchase. There is a lot to learn about customer service from this store. Thanks again for going above and beyond!

Today we bathed and dryed Charli here. We was very happy with the high quality of iquipment and cosmetic of self- serve dog wash. Also, there is friendly staff and huge assortment of pet products. Thank you for this happy experience !
