Our granddogs love this place. The staff is always helpful and welcoming and we've never had an issue with something being out of stock. We've used the puppy wash many times although that's definitely not the kiddos favorite part of the store. Highly recommend!

Best selection of pet supplies for ALL pets! The dog wash stations are a life saver for my bathroom tub! They supply the soap, towels, aprons and air dryer! Best part is they clean up everything when your done. Buy 5 get 6th one free!!

Scott O'Hara was great this morning with knowledge on dog harness and finding me a product (last one on the shelf) you showed to be out of! He got down to floor level, found it in the far back of bottom shelf.
Polite, courteous, professional. Helped me with how to apply points taken as cash with online orders.
I have been a customer at your location for several years. Competitive pricing and good customer service.
Have spoken with Garrett too regarding placing an order in wrong location and having issues with trying to cancel order in that location.

Their self serve baths are my favorite. I bring all my foster pups here before taking them home. It is so convenient to have everything there to use and clipping them in so they’re safe is perfect for us. Pet food and treats are super reasonable too—staff is always available to help and answer questions.

This was my first time going into Pet Supplies Plus I just got my baby Wynn and she needed to get her shots. The vets were extremely helpful and nice and patient with her. Christal, Marilyn and Kenny were EXTREMELY helpful and also caring. You can tell they are passionate about their job and helping furry little ones! If I could tip them I would. They were exceptional and I can’t wait to revisit with Wynn! Wynn was so comfortable with all of them and calm as well! Definitely give this location a 5 star!
