I was pleased with the price and the quickness of services! I give it 4 stars because they missed one of my dogs nails and because they weren't more careful with him. He has a lame leg that he can't really use (and it's very obvious plus I mentioned it) but the girl doing his nails grabbed his good leg and forced him to balance on it. I could see him struggling but she didn't even notice or maybe didn't care? Anyway, something to consider is teaching the technicians how to handle disabilities!

Such a fun small town town feel. The staff is so friendly. Plenty of staff walking around asking if there was anything we needed help with. Aisles are stocked up and this weekend is free nail clips and wash station use in honor of their Grand Opening. The wash stations have everything you need for self service; if you need brushes though bring your own. They offer towels and aprons. Great selection of pet products for both dogs and cats. They have a dog deli and a bakery case full of yummy treats. Loved it here here we will return.

Just finished with a Shitzu full Groom for my pet. Was greeted upon entering the store. Very curious staff. Groom was a full service,bath, hair trim,nails,sanitary trim,paws face. LOVED THE GROOM!...Excellent job!. Was my pets first visit, groomer interacted via text, about how my pet was doing thru the groom. Great communication....also indicated when to pick up my pet!....Very SATISFIED customer,very pleasant visit would RATE A 10 OUT OF 10!!.

Nice clean friendly place ! Came to see our groomer Sara r . She's the best and has been doing my babies for at least 10 years ! Very gentle and friendly and always does a great job at making my shih Tzu and poodle their best . We followed Sara over from PetSmart.

I have been to several Pet Supplies Plus stores and most of them have a large inventory to select from. This one in particular only had a fraction of the items I was looking for. This was not my first visit while the other visits I ran into the same problem. On a lighter note...the young lady at the checkout was extremely friendly.

My first time getting my dog groomed here, and not disappointed at all. Sara at the salon did an awesome job. My fur baby usually comes out of a groom overwhelmed. Today was different. When I picked her up she had a full boost of confidence. She’s never been so happy after a groom. I’ll definitely be re-booking
