Best self service dog wash in town!

It’s about $15 for a one time dog wash or you can purchase a dog wash card for $40 that allows for 5 baths. The dog washing stations were clean and well take care of. The hose was connected to a center console that dispensed with shampoo, flea preventative shampoo and conditioner. The dryer had two levels and worked great. They provide you with two towels and there are two water proof aprons by the station. The store itself was also kept clean and organized. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer dog grooming too! Definitely best pet store in town. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable staff. The guy in the fish section was absolutely amazing and we were able to get some new and very neat looking fish to add to our tanks.

Always find what I need. Cat , dog and parrot food etc. Nice , well-cared for animals and fish for sale. And accessories. Nice people work here.

Didn’t deliver my dogs’ food because I didn’t answer the door… because I didn’t hear it. I was home. I’ve been ordering dog food from here for months and have never had to be present or show my ID and credit card before, but that’s the excuse I got when I called to ask why my dogs’ food wasn’t here. Then they refused to deliver the food at all and can’t refund my money for days. They don’t care that my dogs have no food and I have no other way to buy their food now, they were more concerned with making snarky comments and being technically “right.” Bad people shouldn’t be around pets. Stay away.

ETA: They won’t even refund my money unless I go there in person. I had this delivered because I can’t go there. If they can take my money without me being there, why the hell can’t they give it back? Why did they mark my order as delivered (which is what pushed the charge through) when it never was delivered. I can’t say enough terrible things about the way this place is run.

Employees never seem to want to help. I have complained about this before !
Was Just in today 6/27/2023. To get bulk cockatiel food. Third time stopping in to get done. Still none in stock. Have told employees each time. And still no food stocked. What is the problem. Another store in town seems to always have it in stock, but you are just down the street from me. My birds ( Cockatiels, Finches and Parrolett) are hungry. Had to lower my rating to a two star. Get his situation solved and maintained and I will re-evaluate....

I love how sincere the staff is. I always grab Marley's food at this location. I keep an eye on their weekly deals to make sure I am always giving Marley the best at a reasonable price.

Update February 2025: I used to love this pet store, but over the last year or two the prices have increased quite a bit. It used to have the best prices on almost everything I shopped for. Now it's the most expensive. I only come here now if I can't find what I need elsewhere. It's unfortunate because it is clean and fairly well stocked, though for the last few years they have been reducing the variety of flavors of certain brands of wet cat food. I can't speak to other pet food but this has been a frustration. Between this and the pricing increases, I have mostly stopped coming here.

Original review I love this pet store! It is the only store in town that I'm aware of that carries a specific cat food recipe (Wellness 95). They have a huge selection of cat food, both wet and dry, a decent selection of rabbit food and supplies, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I hate going to PetSmart and drive out of my way to go to Pet Supplies Plus, even though I drive by three other pet stores in town. The store is always clean, organized, and well stocked.
