A special thanks to the team in Arl Hts. We’ve gotten to know many of the team members there and it was funny / comforting to hear the manager tell her team to make sure Fancy Feast was stocked when I walked in the store. We’ve had many rescue cats over the years and always buy from PSP. They usually have a good selection, and with their sales / promos, it helps save us so much $$$. Plus the team is great! First time coming to this location, the girl at the front register was very kind. She helped me with my pick up order right away. I looked around afterwards to look at any deals they might have and the store was so neat and well stocked. Once I left, I noticed the card stapled to my pickup bag, so cute!!

I go here to use the dog washing station because my dog won’t get in the tub at home. We had a little issue on one of our visits but management was great! They went above and beyond! They made us feel valued and we will definitely stay loyal to this business! Thank you guys! You showed that you really care about your customers!

I purchased a fish tank heater and it stopped working after 3 days, which caused me to lose 3 fishes. I had to purchase a new heater from a different store. I tried to return it but since it was 3 days after their return policy, it was not accepted. I couldn’t store credit either. They do not have a good variety of fish products. If they do, they are damaged or of poor quality. I’ll have to reach directly to the manufacturer for warranty.

The staff here is so helpful and friendly. I ordered online at 9am for curbside and it was ready by 9:20am. Super fast, reliable, and even came with the most adorable drawing that made my morning! Great customer service.
