Dalia was very Helpful I called looking for Marshalls ferret food. She knew that you all had it in the store. As soon as she answered the phone that made me feel very confident that my pet supplies could be purchased at pet supply plus thanks so much. To the the Awesome staff in the back. I met Richard the parrot he was in love with one of the Vets Pink Shoes

She did such a good jobbb and did exactly what I asked for. I asked to keep my dogs hair without shaving it because of multiple matted areas and she she perfectly removed them while keeping the length would def recomend!!!!!!

Workers greeted me immediately and were extremely nice & helpful! The item purchased was on the lowest shelf near the floor where I did my best to read the name and price of the product. The price shown (where the product was) came to be MUCH HIGHER (when checking out) at the register. I simply went ahead and paid the $8 more anyway... it really was waaaaay out of my budget but my doggie needed it and I love him "Prince" with all my heart 💞

Bought my dog treats an got Approached by two employees at different times asking if I needed help good customer service and it’s also good employees are approaching and talking with everyone keeps theft down way to go guys also I don’t know that black girls name (sorry I didn’t get your name love) but she was super sweet and she was checking people out fast and friendly 3:22pm 01-09-2025 will be back tysm

I am always pleased with the staff, here! I took my goldendoodle baby, Jameson, to be groomed for the first time (01/25/2025) & it was the BEST groom he has received (pic attached)! Shawnne is very knowledgeable and professional. She wants to be best for both pup and parent. Aside from Shawnne’s services, the store’s staff is pleasant and professional, too. Ty, Lane, Dean, Artessia, and Gabi are always sweet and helpful. They also have pet events periodically for you and your pet to attend to have fun and meet other furry friends. I recommend coming here for your pet’s needs wants and needs.

DON’T BUY THE GUPPIES! I bought a few guppies and one had camallanus worms. Don’t know how one had it but not the others, but I’ve never had a problem buying fish until now. The three guppies I bought had these parasites, and one of them died from it. Get your fish somewhere else like Pet Supermarket. Their plants and fish are always healthy in my experience. Apart from that I love this place. But whatever you do, DON’T BUY THE FEMALE GUPPIES unless you want to treat these little shits.
