Well Jamie, here’s the honest, one star review you asked me not to post. I think it’s the only way that I can get an apology from you at this point. It is very apparent that what you did to my dog yesterday has happened to other owner’s animals as well. How you treated me and my dog yesterday was horrifying and unfair. The fact that you charged me $108 after doing this to my dog is grotesque. As a business owner, you did not do what is right in any way. To first not let me know over the phone what you did to Lilly when you called to let me know you were done grooming my dogs is wrong. Then, I arrived and I knew something was wrong by the way you wouldn’t come out for about 5 or so minutes. You came storming out and the first words out of your mouth were my dog moves too much and you cut her with scissors. Every time I expressed any concern about the issue, you shut me down. You told me she would be fine and don’t put her on the ground for 5 minutes. I said I think I needed to take her to the vet because she was clearly injured severely and bleeding and you told me “if I’m rich” I should take her to the vet. What is that? Why do you talk to your customers as if they’re losers when we are the ones funding your business? Every slight panicked word I said resulted in you becoming argumentative with me. Then you charge me $108? After you butchered her? But oh, I should also add that you told me BEFORE I LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW OF YOUR BUSINESS, let’s talk about the issue here and now. Okay, how does someone talk to you and have a conversation when you are beyond argumentative? You made me so uncomfortable. I’d like to let you know also if I did not trust my instincts and go to the pharmacy and buy necessary first aid materials to care for my dog, she would’ve continued bleeding out and would’ve gotten all kinds of debris in the open wound you left her with. You lied to me. What was done to my dog was clearly not done with scissors, you dug her skin out. And also why would you have scissors anywhere near the pad of Lilly’s foot?! I trusted you with my dogs and you hurt her. It is unfair. The only reason I am posting this is because I want my story shared of what was done to my dog. My dogs have been groomed for years and have never had issues like this, not ever. She is traumatized and is barely getting around and can’t even go outside to the bathroom without help. I hope that if you continue in this business that you never do this again to someone’s beloved pet.

I have a large elderly long haired dog. They take great care of her by letting her rest as needed during grooming. She looks great. Follow-up: the same dog needed an "emergency" bath because of a sore area under her collar. They very kindly squeezed her in. Very grateful.

This is how the cat grooming service done. Really bad, refused to admit that the nail was broken by them, only said that because the nail was too thick or something the nail would just miraculously be chipped by itself.
Disappointed, very. My friend was fooled by all the nice things the owner said, even tried to let it go. But no, when she told us about this, we decided that we are all going to come and let everyone know. It’s not something that they should get away with it. A cat doesn’t speak, so we speak for him.

I Love going to get my dogs nails trimmed at Pet Style. It is not stressful so easy, so easy to make the appointment they fit you in a few days. Jim & Jamie are so laid-back and friendly with me and my dogs. I will never go anywhere else. I have had bad experiences other places. This is a great place. Winston & Penelope appreciate you both🥰

I brought my 2 MaineCoons to Pet Style and couldn’t be more pleased! The customer service was excellent and my babies were treated with care. They both got their first lion cuts and were the most a funny looking yet adorable and sweet babies ever! Most of all, my babies were given to me relaxed, calm and smelling like roses! I highly recommend Pet Style!! 👍🏾❤️

Friendly people and great customer service. Fair pricing. Also, they were very kind and gentle to my dog who is iffy about nail trims and blow dryers. After his appointment, he was the softest I've ever felt him be. Highly recommend!

We love pet style! You can tell the owners are animal lovers and genuinely care about the well being of your furbabies. Our dogs always come home smelling amazing and they are the only place able to get their nails done. We highly recommend them to all of a dog parent friends for grooming services.
