Girl named Bruno (was a manager) was the rudest person I have every met she needs to be fired. She had no respect from the moment we walked in. The dogs have poop all over them and are unhealthy. Every dog has its ribs showing the need to learn to take better care and they need people who know how to talk to customers and just be an asshole because you had a bad day. You keep that too yourself you don’t have to make everybody’s day terrible. Worst dog place I have ever been too. All the staff started recording us and following us around the store to make sure we didn’t hold them. The girl Bruno was making faces and snarky remarks just for pitty every dog we really liked she would go and pick up as soon as we left just to spite us. She needs to be gone!

Cute puppies, helpful staff, all around a great place! I’ve been coming to Pet Ranch since I was a kid and I’ve always had a good experience there. Whether you’re just looking for some puppy love or if you’re in the market for a pet, I would recommend Pet Ranch. 10/10!

We adopted Theodore three weeks ago from the Pet Ranch. He is very sweet and intelligent. However, we discovered that the pet store had received him from a puppy mill in Nebraska that had been rebranded. We tried to contact them to gather any health information about Theo’s parents, but they did not respond. After his first wellness visit with his vet, we found out he has an ear infection and he is being monitored for hip dysplasia.

I purchased two puppies at the Thornton Pet Ranch store. One had kennel cough and the other soon after.Went to the vet.Called pet ranch for a refund for vet bill and now Burno won't call back and they say they have not received a copy of vet bill.They don't seem to want to fulfill the contract agreement. Best experience getting our new baby. We walked in just for fun with 0 intentions on actually getting a puppy but we saw that they had dachshunds and fell in love immediately. We were just curious about her and asked a few questions about payments and a few hours later we walked out with her! The staff is amazing and catered to our every need from checking on us while filing paper work to giving us a step by step break down on how to best care for our new puppy at home. Ps. The manager Elizabeth is the best and we would not have our little baby if it wasn’t for her! Coco is doing great with us and is loving her new beautiful home. <3

Bought the best dog anyone could ever ask for at Pet Ranch in 2009. I've known a lot of labs, but my yellow was amazingly special! Thanks to Pet Ranch and Nebraskaland pets. I even called the breeder to see if there were any more dogs available from his lineage!

The Pet Ranch is honestly the best pet store I’ve ever been in and I recently bought my adorable poodle, Beastie, from here. She’s a riot, but I love her to pieces! If your looking for a happy and healthy puppy, Pet Ranch is the place to go.

I’ve visited the Pet Ranch several times and I’m never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and everything is clean. The staff gave me some great pointers when I purchased my puppy and all of the puppies are very cute, clean, friendly, and happy.

There’s also a variety of puppies to choose from, and if they don’t have the puppy you’re looking for they will put you on a wish list and call you when they have your preferred puppy.
