Our family pet (Woody) was taken care of by Sheri; She definitely exceeded expectations! Sheri's professionalism, care, and respect definitely made this "difficult to deal with" process a whole lot easier, and way more comfortable than we expected... We loved our Woody so much, and we were devastated when we lost him. Thank you so much to Pet Passages, and to Sheri, for taking the call and assisting/guiding us through the process and handling Woody's services quickly, completely, and with the dignity and respect which a family member deserves. losing a pet is already hard enough, other makes you feel silly when grieving an animal. but not them.. especially mrs. sherri. she was so sweet and welcoming, she made the whole process easier on us. she gave us one last look and let us take our time to say our goodbyes once more. they understand that a pet is more than just an animal.. they know they are family. i definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Pet Passages is awesome! So professional and so caring. I’ve lost 2 precious dogs a year apart and when I left the vet’s office each time I had such a peace knowing that they would be coming to pick up my fur baby and they would handled everything.

We unexpectedly lost our almost 8 year old boxer boy yesterday. I googled pet cremation and found Pet Passages. I am so glad we did. Jacci returned my call within minutes (after hours). She was very compassionate and after asking her story of why they started this company, I completely understand. They came out and got our boy from our car. We were told we could have a seat while they prepare him for us in a separate room, the Rainbow room. It only took a few minutes and we were able to see our sweet boy with his head resting on a folded blanket and half covered. He looked so so peaceful. We were told we could take as much time as needed. When we were ready, we sat down and discussed the different packages available. They have something for everyone. Low budget, no budget. Anything we asked or requested, they were very accommodating.I couldn't recommend them enough!! Jacci even gave is a very comforting hug before we left. It will always hurt but this helped with closure and did lessen the pain, slightly. Thank yall so much!

It was so hard saying goodbye to my dog that was so loved by everyone in the family. So I was thankful for this service when we lost our fur baby Kagi after 13 yrs with him. Pet passages shows compassion and understanding. It was hard leaving him at the vet office but not long after I was informed when they had him, when he was ready for pick up, and they even gave me some extra paw prints when I told them my son wanted one. Some people may say it’s a little pricey but for me it’s well worth it to atleast have his remains with us. Thank you Pet Passages.

The experience we had was phenomenal. From the initial phone call on a Saturday to getting my friend’s pet there and Keaton helping us every step of the way. It was a Saturday and they were closed but he didn’t hesitate to meet us up there. He is the most well mannered and caring person I’ve come across in a long time. He explained everything in detail and answered our numerous questions without hesitation. I would highly recommend Pet Passages. In a time with broken hearts he handled everything with such passion. The process from beginning to end is seamless.

This place and everyone that helped me was phenomenal. I unexpectedly lost my baby, Frankie, and had no idea what to do since it was a Saturday and everything was closed. They were suuper sweet and patient with me and made sure I was able to take Frankie with me before I had to catch my flight that week. I am extremely grateful for them and I highly recommend!! This experience inspired me to want to open my pet funeral home to give others the same experience I was given.♥️

Polka dot and Sadie were cared for so tenderly. I love the engraved boxes and the whole package for my babies...Thank you for the love and care and kindness ?. P.s I will be planting the flowers in the spring.
