Pet Paradise, a family owned business, is a great spot to treat your pet. From self-service baths to fresh meals, baked goods, and a range of pet attire, they have everything to make your furry friend happy.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help you find what you need. We look forward to our monthly trips, as our dog Princess Penelope absolutely loves visiting. She’s spoiled with her favorite treats and enjoys the affection and care she receives from the team.

I had such a great experience at Pet Paradise! The customer service was fantastic—everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and needs for my picky puppy. The owners personally helped me and took the time to discuss different foods and options with such patience and friendliness. They really made me feel valued as a customer. I was at Pet Paradise a week ago looking to replenish my dogs dry food. The owner is always friendly and helpful. He provided insight to a raw dog food. I was so reluctant to start something like that but bought it anyway. My dog is crazy for the OC Raw beef. One morning the portion that I took from the freezer needed to thaw a bit more so I set it on my counter as far back as possible. She walked in from being outside and ran to where it sat. She loves it so much. I'll be back today for more and also hoping to schedule a nail trim. So convenient. They also deliver locally for free. Shop local, spay/neuter, adopt/foster!

I walked in a few days ago, just to check the place out. You know doing the whole pet shop window shopping. Met the owner Nico (if I spelled it right) and right away there was instant customer service. I asked him a few questions and he answered them all professionally. Around to see what kind of brands he had and everything was top-notch.. very competitive to other pet shops and even the Big brand pet companies as far as pricing. They have everything in. They’re not just dogs or cats, they have supplies for birds and reptiles, and literally everything you can think of. Today I walked in and brought my pup. They have a self service dog bath. This thing is amazing. It works like a car wash so you put a quarter in each is 10 minutes. 10min for $15. They provide everything in there as far as towels and leashes and scrubs and combs. The hose is awesome, just like a car wash you can switch it to rinse with normal water, rinse with soapy water/shampoo, rinse with flea/tick shampoo if needed, and then to dry it has a separate hose that blows air in High or Low to dry off the pup. That would be probably my main reason out of all the great reasons to make this my main pet shop for my dog. That Doggy Wash there. This place is great. Let’s support these small shops who try their best to keep us happy. I was very pleased with the selection of items from food to toys to over the counter medications, and the customer service I revived both times I’ve been there. A+ for the self service doggy wash!

I decided to stop by the store while waiting to pick up the gf from O’hare. I have her little doggy with, so i decided to give it a bath. I’ve actually never washed a dog before and was nervous because the little one is technically not mine but the manager on hand was very helpful and walked me through the entire process coaching me up the whole way. Even offered an in-store towel to use. I was very grateful for that and now i feel much more comfortable and confident for the next time. The price to wash was very reasonable also. Thanks again for helping me out and i recommend this place for their other services and products too.
