My pup has only had great experiences here, and I've had great service from Drew and the Pet Paradise team. We feel safe leaving our puppy here, and know she'll be in good hands while we're away. It's nice to be able to check in on the webcams, and It's nice to be able to get my dog groomed and checked up while we're out of town.

Let me start by saying we have brought my dog here for 5 years. He has LOVED IT. Truly. Had the best time each time he was there and the team was always so kind with him. My dog is quirky and has anxiety, and growls when his leash gets taken off. Pet Paradise has been aware of this for years and has never given us indication that it’s a problem.

Today, we dropped him off like any other time, only to be told if he growls when the leash is taken off, they can’t accept him. My husband put the leash on before he was told this, so he had to take it back off (stressing my dog out further) and have the employee put it on. They took him back and brought him to the front a short time later saying he growled so they can’t take him.

Let me be clear that I understand the policy and am sure there’s a reason for it. However, my dog has been going there for YEARS and has always had a note on his account about his leash growling. The fact that I was never notified in the months leading up to my reservation and only told of the policy change the day we brought him in is just ridiculous. Thankfully our vet is so kind and more than willing to board him, but I am beyond frustrated with Pet Paradise and can’t say I would ever recommend them to anyone again.

My dog loves Pet Paradise! It’s clear that the staff takes great care of her and the other dogs while they are staying there.
I have noticed some staffing changes lately but I believe that the people that are there now are the people they needed. Everyone greets us and especially Maggie with a smile and seem genuinely happy to see Maggie whenever she comes in and she is always so excited to go, which means so much to us!
We have always been anxious leaving her with people but we feel so comfortable in our decision to take her to Pet Paradise.
The entire team there are amazing and quick to communicate if there is ever an issue. Thank you Pet Paradise friends for loving our baby as much as we do! You guys are the best! Keep up the good work!

The facility is always clean, the workers are very nice, and our dogs always come home happy and healthy. I enjoy the rewards program that allows us to save a little money, As well as the grooming services that they offer before we pick our dogs up.

Boarding my dog was always an anxious time for me until we started using Pet Paradise! The staff loves my dog so much and it’s clear the feeling is mutual! She goes right in and is so excited to be there. I am so glad we started using this resort. It really puts my mind at ease knowing that she’s having fun playing with her dog friends and her caregivers and is in good hands!

I used to love Pet Paradise. It was somewhere that I knew my dog was taken care of by friendly staff and I could also watch her on the cameras. Recently, I left my dog there for 8 nights while I was out of the country. She was scheduled for 2 baths while I was away because she has very sensitive skin. Although she did get the bath, they never washed her face. She came home with a huge crusted mat by her eye that caused irritation and inflammation. I had to take her to the vet to have the mat cut out. Also while there, I never saw her on the cameras once. Usually I can find her pretty quickly, but not once in 8 days did I see her playing outside. I called twice to check in on her - she can be pretty picky with her eating habits - and I was told 2 completely different things. Once, that she was eating fine and the next that she wasn’t eating well. This was all very frustrating and confusing. I used to trust them more than any other boarder, but now I’m not so sure.

I board my golden retriever here and he LOVES it. I feel much better knowing I'm dropping my dog somewhere safe, clean, and where he will have fun. Once during boarding my dog started having bloody diarrhea. Staff called right away and even brought him to the emergency vet for me (it was a Sunday) and stayed with him until I could get back to town. I would absolutely recommend this place. Although you could likely find services at a slightly cheaper price, it is worth it for peace of mind. It's the only place I feel 100% confident dropping my dog off. I also really enjoy being able to watch him play during puppy camp when I'm out of town and really miss him 🙂 he comes back happy and tired!
