Pet Pantry is the best place for cat & dog supplies! They even have a bird & fish supply section too! Gourmet pet foods, treats, leashes, collars, beds, toys, and more!! Literally best customer service experience in Colorado Springs! I walked in to stay out of the snow and MaKayla and Savannah did an amazing job showing me around, teaching me about organic treats, told me about the history of helping CSPDs dogs on duty and gave me their full attention. Needless to say, I became a member and bought almost 80 bucks worth of goods. All thanks to the great customer experience! Truly appreciate the attention to detail and I will be coming back!

As a disabled customer, I was treated very rudely and unprofessional at this store today. After waiting at the front for a worker to come to a cash register so I could pay for my items, being the first person in line, I was rudely told that I wasn't going to be helped because the worker was going to help the customer he was helping in the store. When another worker came up acting mad, she rudely scanned my items I was buying and unprofessionally threw them at me across the counter. So I said, you don't have to throw them. After calling the manager on the phone who came in after I left the store, she said she viewed the video footage of the incident and told me that her employees are "only human." So I guess if her employees want to throw the items a customer is buying at them, the manager excuses their behavior and says "their only human." The customer is always right, does NOT apply at this store especially if you're disabled and don't look normal, as in my case. The employee IS ALWAYS right is what does apply at this store! Surely you saw on your video footage your employee throwing my items I was buying at me! But the manager excuses that behavior! Maybe if I looked normal, I would've been treated better! This isn't the first time this has happened to me, and I highly doubt it will be the last. It's very sad that they let their employees treat customers very bad here. The same customers that pay their employees pay checks and keeps their store going! But I guess they didn't think of that! I will not be going here anymore. Aside from treating a customer like trash, they're prices are a ripoff! I called wag n' wash and after explaining to them how horribly I was treated at pet pantry, they were so understanding and nice. They were able to order what I buy at pet pantry for a lesser price. So if you don't want to be treated like dirt and trash, or be ripped off, I suggest you go elsewhere where employees act professional and prices are reasonable and the manager doesn't excuse such bad behavior from their employees towards customers, especially towards disabled customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do find this experience a blessing in disguise because I was able to save some money finding the product I buy here for less at wag n' wash. So I do want to THANK manager sam (yes, you saw that correct with the small letter s) for saying I'm not allowed to come into pet pantry anymore! Anyone who wants to be treated decent should not step foot inside this location of pet pantry!! You can find better service and better prices elsewhere! I know I did!

AH-mazing! Such a great dog wash (look at all that fur!) seriously it was awesome, hydraulic lift awesome, and all the shampoos, Snowy smells like a legit lavendar bush!! Super friendly staff and an excellent selection of doggie treats. We are DEF coming back!!!
