I can't say enough good about everyone here. One of the things I love is that Dr. Russell does not go overboard with treatment recommendations.....he has always been right on point with his diagnoses and very conservative yet very effective with his treatment. I have been working with Pet Menders for many years and they have always been great and fairly priced.

Just had our first appointment here today, and had a GREAT experience. The lady who checked us in was welcoming and helpful. The tech was friendly and gentle with my dog. I absolutely love pet menders! They always take such good care of my boy. Gus has a bit of stranger danger and is afraid of other dogs, and the staff always make sure to take precautions when treating him and make him feel so comfortable. They are always honest about his care needs, and when possible provide different options for treatment while being completely transparent about facts.

I have been using Pet Menders for 5 years now and have always had a wonderful experience at an affordable price. I chose this clinic because my dog was hit by a car and I was frantically trying to find a clinic that I could afford. While, they were not able to offer the emergency services we needed, Dr. Russell was extremely kind when I made the initial inquiry and asked me to call back to let him know how things went with my dog. Once I was able to take my dog in to Pet Menders for his check ups to monitor his healing , I continued to receive the same genuine care Dr. Russell displayed in our initial phone call. Amazing vet at a great price. Loved how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. My cat is having teeth troubles, and they provided multiple options. Definitely my new vet for as long as I live nearby. Don't hesitate to bring your fur baby here!

Because of all the good reviews here, I was hoping this would be my vet clinic. There is no other way to say it, the clinic was dirty. There was dog hair all over the floors, the pad on the exam table was dirty, As was the floor. It was extremely hot inside the exam room, as though they didn’t have air conditioning.
I paid $72 for an exam and the veterinarian never examined him. She did a couple blood tests. I tried to get a prescription renewed, and she didn’t seem to understand what I wanted. I know it was the end of the day, but she didn’t introduce herself and seemed completely disinterested, like she was just waiting to go home. I guess Dr. Russell might be better, but I’m not going back.
