I love the place The service is very good and friendly, and the prices are much more affordable than in other pet stores. Plus they can get products that aren't in the store for you, like vitamins for my guinea pig. I am very happy with the service ?

Bad customer service! I asked 4 a $ on a collar she added $8, I found tag marked differently than what she said. She didn't even bother to check. Service was so bad that I bought a bowl, can't find it. They kept it! I bought a chicken chew for my puppy, it was vomiting & had diarrhea. Never had it before. Not going back!

This is by far the best pet food store I’ve ever been to. The local family that owns it is very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to special order my dogs food so that I could buy from them. The prices beat any website and or other stores because of the deals they have set in place. Flawless experience so far!

Wonderful store!! Came in on a Sunday morning and the woman who helped me was very knowledgeable about cats and helped me find the correct food for him. Her house cat in the store was also cute. It's a hidden gem in Manhattan Beach that suits your pet needs with a personal touch.

Great place, with lots of quality foods and supplements for your pet. Way better than the big box pet stores. They carry Green Tripe and even special ordered beef pancreas for my EPI dog. Super nice and knowledgeable proprietors. So glad I found this place! Highly recommend!

Love this little store. They always have my dog's food in stock. The folks there are very friendly and helpful. Another plus is they offer non-anesthesia teeth cleaning for your pets once per month.

This place is 100% they carry the best brands that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Customer service is fantastic and whoever is working is always knowledgable and helpful. They go above and beyond to accommodate and also give discounts for canned food if you are buying a bunch. Prices are great too! I'm so thankful this place exists and grateful for the owner opening stores like this for people who truly are about what their animals eat. Thank you!!!

Generally, this is a good pet store with a focus on your pet's health. Their customer service and/or store policies, however, could be improved. I recently purchased a toy at the store and within 24 hours of intermittent use, it had fallen apart. My dog is not an aggressive chewer, and toys typically last for months or years. I brought the toy back to the store and the desk clerk said that their policy is that all toys are final sale. When I asked why they would want to sell such a shoddy product in their store, the clerk offered me a card with the owner's cell phone number on it, and said that I could call her to discuss it. I would have preferred that the owner have the initiative to reach out to her customer that has been buying dog food at her store for 8 years! Fortunately, they have a new competitor across the street, and they will be getting my business from now on.
