If you're looking for a place to get all of your Pet needs met this is it! For years I tried out different stores in Sonoma, each was alright but it wasn't until I went to PetCo I realized what was missing: Great Customer Service. Every time I go in here I have a great experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always have what I need in stock and a great selection of EVERYTHING. From foods, beds, leashes and toys. While I know they're a chain, the local store really stands out!

Everyone is so nice here! I usually just come into bathe my dog Mickey, but it's a really nice place to shop as well.

The very BEST place in or around Sonoma. I do believe they have the ONLY self-serve washing area for pets to get washes by their parents who may not have a big enough place for them to do it at home. What a wonderful idea ?!!! The staff are simply awesomely nice and educated. I'd hang out there if I could!!! Lol ? but seriously, I would!!!

Employees are incredibly friendly & helpful. I have a small parrot and the only thing I purchase there is their fresh millet. It's the best and the staff always go out of their way to make sure I get their freshest millet. A huge Thank You to Pet Food Express!!!

This store is great! Everyone is so well informed about the products. I feel like it is a "healthfood" store for dogs. And, the people who work there really love dogs and make my puppies, Whiskey and Charlie feel right at home. I also love their clothing selections. With this cold winter, I found the best fleeces for my boys!

Great selection, educated and friendly staff – very helpful! Clean facility with excellent baths for canine and a wonderful selection of products for pets. The hours are really good to hear open later than most people around here.
