The staff at Pet Evolution is very friendly and helpful. I brought my dog, Sunny in to be groomed by Diana. Diana came out to talk with me about specifics of Sunny’s groom. She was really sweet and calm with Sunny. When finished, Diana brought Sunny out and checked to make sure she addressed my requests and Sunny’s overall groom. I was very happy. Check-in and check -out were very easy. I had pleasant conversations with the staff. Thank you!

Amazing experience!! My pup got groomed for the first time at Pet Evolution. I am beyond happy!! Let me say that I’ve been to a lot of places where they are horrible with husky hair and getting it off but not here!! Omg I left with a whole new pup and his hair was so smooth! They did AN AMAZING job there. We will definitely be going back again 🙂

Newly opened and full service pet place. It's a small shop, but they cary many dog food brands, lots of treats, toys, leashes, and a self dog wash station. We got to sign up our pup for the free first wash invite from their online promotion. It was the first time we used a self dog wash, and it was very easy with everything provided.

The staff is great, inviting, and even brought us extra towels without us needing to ask. They've been open for almost 2 months and they have very reasonable price for membership. There's also desks like, buy 10 bags of dog treats, get one free. I love those kinds of deals. I think this store will do very well.

To be fair, the price and service for the self-service pet shower are good, especially considering there is no similar services in the area.

However, be cautious about the store's integrity when canceling the service. Be aware and triple check.

We tried the service in January for a month but decided to bathe our dog at home, so we canceled the service a week before the next payment was due. We called the store, and the manager assured us that the subscription was canceled and no further action was needed.

A few months later, we discovered through our subscription review that the service had not been canceled. We contacted our bank to dispute the last 90 days of charges and returned to the store to resolve the remaining issues.

The store manager refused to take any action, despite we had the date and record of cancellation call. His response is that they would not refund any benefit that was not collected. If it was me forgetting to cancel, sure. But the cancellation was clearly made, this just shows the integrity.

While the service and price are good, and we support local businesses, the lack of business integrity was deeply disappointing.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and care provided by everyone! We’ve always had a hard time switching groomers because of how anxious he gets. They were so patient with him and he looks amazing! They kept in touch with me throughout the appointment, sending photos and updates. I highly recommend them!

Couldn’t be happier with Pet Evolution moving in across the street from me. I always feel welcomed, and the conversation is always great with the employees there. This was my first time using them as a groomer, and Dee did a PHENOMENAL job. I cannot thank her enough for giving the time, attention, care and detail into my Kiva. HIGHLY recommend!! We made a pitstop off of I-5 to give our new puppy a self serve bath on the way home to Northern California from San Diego. Everyone at Pet Evolution was super nice & helpful! We can’t wait for some Nor Cal locations!

Gave my pup treats and love until she was ready for her groom. Whole team was awesome from my groomer, Dee, to the sweet ladies at the front desk. They're the best in Irvine!
